This shop is a fraud. The parcel weight was just 5 kilos but when measured at their shop it was 10 kg which cant be possible.some items from the package was taken from the box. Extremely disappointed.

One of the worst quality service. They will book your consignment even if they dont have sevice in that area. None of their phone numbers work and also they will keep your parcel for months and never call you

This courier shop is fraud. While booking they will say that your parcel will reach in 3-4 days if you book with urgent option. But it will actually be delivered in 15-20 days. When you ask questions, they will make excuses such as misrouting, flight delay etc. Never trust them. I had sent one parcel 12 days ago which has not been delivered yet although it was in urgent category and they assured that it will reach in 3-4 days. Very unprofessional service. Never trust them.
