I had booked 2 cars from here, Scorpio and Tata Hexa. Scorpios tyres were almost torned out. The spare tyre was puncture. Both vehicles were DIRTY. I had to call Zoom Car Customer service making a complaint after which the tyre was changed and the vehicles were cleaned before the delivery. But this ordeal delayed my journey start time by 2 hours. The incharge here is a super lazy bum. He wont even come out from his office (more like his home as youll find him sleeping always) to attend the customers.

It is the best car rental service which has newlystarted in Ranchi. People who want to take car on rent can enjoy with your own experience of driving where you fell like a owner of car and will enjoy more. Zoom car gives too much discount for those who use first time. Here you can see your all details of the rental price which you have to pay

The cars are not so clean and even not so good condition and even the person who is the manager or incharge has not good attitude and behavior he talked to me in a very rude way the person who was incharge before was well behaved and ansered in a quite good way and even told some basic information the new candidate did not so zoomcar if you are reading it please change your behavior

Just next to KTM show room At pandra, a lot of places to park and one could drop or park his/her two whleeler here for free of cost. Make a video of Car which you are going to rent. A full 360 view in video and just take and enjoy very good welcome and service and the way treat is good

Lot of Space for Parking. Staffs are very good their behaviour is good, helpful. Make sure while taking your car, always click a photo of Instrument cluster(KM Reading) of the car and make a video of cars exteriors as well.

At a really obscure crowded road, with no clear signage. Took us forever to find the place. But the car was good and service was fine.

Good place you have to get the car from the parking lot of zoom car facility zoomcar is very awesome for friends but it is might costly for the because if you split the bill firing 1 hour it can cost minimum 200 each friends but for a family it might cost 1400 including all the taxes

Its is not a parking lot for all people it is the parking lot of zoom cars . Zoom car are the rentel car for everyone which you can book from its app and drive the car which you have booked by your self and it is new in ranchi

They have number plate of black background and yellow font which is illegal according to police. LOL
