There are some of the center especially diagnosis center , ayurveda medical shop, homeopathy medical shop, barber shop, dental lab 🔬, internet cafe, gym, fitness factory club🍸👯🎶, and the most important aspire infotech. In aspire infotech, most of the common job exams, online exams and offline exams are being conducted here regularly and time to time. There is one more important thing here. That is sona diagnosis center. It is one of the best diagnosis center in Ranchi which I have previously said in sona diagnosis center. Khuswaha complex is nicely carved and tiles settled place. There is a mens hair cutting salon which has good level and high price too(₹100 for mens hair cutting)It is nearest good salon from khelgaon.Other are like roadside hair cutters

Only a cafe is there where people come frequentlyAn medical store, a homeopathic medical store thereSona Diagnostic is there.Paint shop and a large saloonFinely a daily shop.Rest all are offices at ground floor.Yes, a gym is also there on second floor.Now Aspire solution conducts exam at its 3rd floor
