The lens provided had a blue spot. Store manager refused to acknowledge initially. Post that they took glasses on pretext of fixing. The glasses were returned after 5 days and the same spot existed. We were told the advance paid Rs7300 will not be refunded as the product was delivered.After waiting for 1 hour, it was agreed that they will return the frame without lens.Please note:1. The shop has no refund policy, so avoid paying the amount in advance2. They have claimed that they are not responsible for the defect in lens, make sure u check the power as well as conditions of the lens,before taking the delivery

Along with specs the service available are Eye check up, contact lens, repairing. The staff are polite and give optimum time to come into conclusion. The range available here is going to suit each type of pockets and will recommend this place without any second thoughts.

Exemplary services from Paul Optics. Eye doctor is very experienced and cooperative. Diagnosis is explained in great detail. Choice of frames and lenses are up to date. After sales service is awesome. There was a problem/mark in the lens (my mothers specs) and I told Mr. Sujit (Owner) about this. He got the lens changed (warranty period) and got it couriered to my work place. It was really great to get this quality of service. I would recommend this place for all the eye related services.

I used to go to Sujit da shop with my Papa at that time i always thought how can any person be so honest and humble, it is almost 14 years when our Papa left us, but still we used to go Sujit da shop now Im going for my son and wify.
