Workshop is huge, technician and floor staffs are very supportive, but due to multibrand service center in one campus customers feel unusual crowd. So dont go without appointment if you want to save your precious time because same car lift, body & Paint workshop is used by Honda, Volkswagen and Audi so most of time long queue of cars are their. One more thing no canteen or cafeteria area so carry your own food and beverage 😁.

Worst service!. Got my car 3 weeks later with same problems that I had faced before! Perfect example of daylight robbery.

Mechanics are well educated about the work of the vehicles I am fully satisfied with job done on my car service only extra time is taken in payment

The service quality is good but customer Supervision is needed. The people at the service centre are well mannered and are very friendly. But Customer has to point out the flaws in the car because they dont care about it.

This particular service centre helped me to get my car repaired as per my time schedule. As thier was a major breakdown with my car, keeping this pandemic and covid challenges the service team was very proactive and technically very strong in clearing my car issues. Very happy for their approach and proud to own an Volkswagen car...thank you Volkswagen Ranchi, especially Mr.Gauthamji, service head who helped me out of way to get my car done before time cheers.

Volkswagen is no daubt. . World s no. 1 Car company. . But Ranchi management n head is very Much daubtfull. So the service in ranchi Vw is very Bad. i dont know why in Ranchi there are crisis of quality things n kind of Allergy or being Qualitative. Audi is closed in Ranchi Due 2 bad service.

Service wise (vehicle) the facilities are good, quality is superb, friendly and welcoming but basic human needs for a place is not catered to such as bathroom (not maintained and dirty), drinking water facility is lacking.

Very bad staff behavier kindly request the owner to improve the management.Staff not responce the phone all over plz manage your service centre schdule.Thanks

Good work but very expensive labour charge. U may assume in a bill of rs 100, prts cost is rs. 60 and labour cost is 40 rupees.

This place knows how to make money with minimal efforts.Had a horrible experience there,got repeated service calls for service of VW Polo when asked about the other service at Piska More,got a reply that the one at Piska More has been shifted to Kokar(later found I was given absolutely wrong information ).Any way ,got the car service started at 2:00pm and got completed at around 6:30pm.It was the costliest service I had ever taken,despite it was a regular service.The charges over here are beyond imagination.Even a simple 5min engine throttle cleaning was charged @2.5k. One Ac motor was damaged as per their saying ,they were ready to replace it for 8k,surprisingly the cost of motor was only Rs 700 . Tuning report printout was not given due to lame excuse of their printer failure.Many things included in regular service like polishing outside black plastic etc were not done(guys over there are in hurry).Finally had to wait for extra 20min for delivery as somebody from service centre took my car for their work,funny but true.Was my last visit there,think before you go there.
