I stayed for 2 days, in 2 different rooms- 105 and 106... My company had booked... Its a 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star one... No reserved parking... The approach way to hotel entrance is narrow and vehicles get blocked... I had to get down and walk all the way to the entrance when it was raining... The hotel is situated on the 3rd floor of a shopping complex like structure... The rooms were spacious, in fact very big... But were all old types... Didnt get a cozy, warm feeling... Felt like I was staying in a 1000 rupee Oyo room that you get near railway stations... the bathrooms were old and taps were leaking... Didnt get hot water even after letting 5 buckets of water flow down the drain... When you pay Rs. 4200 per night in a small city like Ranchi, the least you expect is to get hot water in the shower 24*7... Breakfast spread was limited... few selected items... Nothing great... Room service menu is highly overpriced... You cant have a decent meal without spending at least 800-1000 bucks per person... Staff doesnt know how to behave, not trained on how to deal with the guests... I was in a hurry and asked the manager to get my boarding pass printed... The guy was rude and didnt oblige... After pleading, he pointed me to a so called business centre where I could take a print out...Overall, its a good hotel if the rate is below 2000 per night... At Rs 4200 per night, its a total loot...

We had Chinese for dinner. The food was below average. When anyone comes here the expectations are quite high with respect to the prices and all. But the food was expensive and did not meet the standards. The flavours of the food did not really come through and could have been a lot more better. Hope the food gets better soon.

The property is very well maintained, rather what I gather is that it is not an old property. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and adjacent to it are all the prominent shops of ranchi. Me and my friends were there for attending a function and we were there as guests, we had a very pleasant stay and staff was very welcoming. The view from the terrace was also lovely, overlooking the ranchis busy street. Coming to covid part, every thing was kept sanitized and the staff also wore face masks all the time.

Good ambience, spacious room & excellent buffet breakfast. Very courteous staff. Bathroom drainage was choked up but was subsequently cleared. Water pressure in the shower is little slow.

Capitol Hill along with Chanakaya Bnr were the first two places who changed Ranchis luxurious concepts to another level. Ambience, Staffs every thing is great here. In Floats we try green chilli chicken mostly and in Yellow Saphire almost every dish is mouth watering. Rooms inside are pretty comfort and luxurious.
