Dont ever shop from themWish could rate in negative stars.I have been ordering vegetables from them from past 3-4 months. Being a regular customer also the complaints were not taken seriously at all. Once ordered alphanso mangoes, most of them were in a bad shape.The last time I orders vegitables from them, leafy vegetables were all yellow, not in usable condition, ginger had lot of worms, banana was not in the usable condition. Money was taken for the vegetables which were not delivered to me.And on complaining the owner is yelling on my mom that its our fault, we didnt see and take. But I had ordered the vegetables online from their app. Didnt go to the shop and buy.

Thought of giving negative ratting but there is no provision of giving negative ratting. I have ordered lot of vegetables and fruits which cost more than Rs 700 but they took delivery charge for delivering the items. Grostop says we are delivering fresh vegetables and fruits but out of those delivered items there were 2 vegetables which was so bad that I have to directly throw them. For 2 fruits item half of the quantity was rotten and for 2 vegetables items maximum quantity was rotten. I have ordered from many online delivering websites but Grostop was the worst among them. It delivered worst quality fruits and vegetables. Dont buy fruits and vegetables from Grostop. Highly disappointed with the service and quality of products.

Grostop is worst . Never try to place any order for any items . Think again and again before order. Service is zero. No timely delivery. Quality very very poor. Weight is also not correct. I got some quantity missing from packet. Delivery boy and customer care response is very rough. Think...........

If you are thinking of purchasing fresh milk for everyday then dont go for GroStop because they dont have fix timing when their Milk Van will come so dont waste your money and time behind them.

Worst services...I didnt get what I ordered. Then tried to push other products...they even delivered what was not ordered... totally managed by unprofessional way. Wont suggest any one...rather discourage

A friend of mine was working there to be honest the company is total fake they claim they are connected to farmers but they pick all from daily market and say they are home grown,work culture is pathetic man power is harased, untimely salary , without any information deductions are done in salary, there system is total fake and just to maintain there name in market they harase man power and customers too by such pathetic service.

After placing the order, the store worker itself called me to confirm the delivery and when the the delivery was delayed I called them up several times but they didnt picked up. I also emailed them and there was no reply.

Very, very disappointing. Went there this morning and they had almost no vegetables, the fruits looked stale. Earlier had ordered by phone but delivery was after 24 hours and with. 30 ₹ charge. Service is also very slow.

The vegetables quality were good. Really better then the market. But the shop needs to improve their home delivery option. I got my order after a delay of 1 day. I have ordered my products on 30 july 2020 and it was scheduled to be delivered on 31 july 2020 but it got delivered on 1 August 2020 . That too calling the store for 2 times.

Very bad service highly disappointed,in this pandemic dont think of ordering from them delivery will be 2 days late with high price with delivery charges and the product will be stale and they will cancel some of the items without any information.
