Near to the Airport, location is very good, services are good, rooms were neat n clean actually hotel was neat n clean. Comfortable rooms.

It is situated just beside Eyelet Cinema Hall & is in between Eyelet & Pantaloons Hinoo.Location after Harmu river pool from Doranda towards Hinoo chowk.From outside it attractsBut as per the customer visits and other queries, it came out almostNon attractive....The main point is that this is on the Road Hotel 🏨and near to Birsa Munda Airport Ranchi as well as Ranchi Railway Station ( 🚉 RNC ) BOTH ....However cannot be said what would be next steps of the Hotel for improvement.. providing Reviews as per discussions with few customers and overall enquiries...U can say Okay Okay type Hotel near to many good places of attractions like Hot lips Restaurant 💋 , Pantaloons , Eyelex Cinema Hall etc .

They serve worms, cockroaches and insects in food. Then tons of cockroaches to welcome you in room then dirty smelling linen to give u aesthetic vibes and then continuous water dripping sound to give you sound sleep. Pics attached .

Thats good but not so good

No staff..!!I was allocated a room which having no AC remote, no TV remote. Toilet jet spray also was not working. Wifi was also not working on that floor. After complaining 2-3 times they arranged a technician & repaired jet spray.!!Next day I was not able to get warm water for shower, I called the receptionist for the same & he casually replied “ ha sir hmko pata hai waha to garam pani nai aata aap niche wale floor Ka bathroom use krlo.!!!”I don’t to how to react with this mess.Immediately I asked for room change & after long discussion they managed to change my room on next day ..!!Next day I asked for laundry.!! And as usual I was getting very casual answer for the same.Coming to food & restaurant,In room food was also like Khaa lo bhai Abhi jo bhi aaya hai.I ordered paneer chilli & I was shocked to see the food.Restaurant was quite dirty, where it is very difficult to sit & have breakfast.

I have visited this hotel previously also. Located on Main Road, Hinoo ,Ranchi.,close to Ranchi Airport.Location wise it is very centrally placed. Regarding the amenities,I will say , overall good.But the management needs to pay attention on their house keeping and the minial staff to take care of cleanliness of the property.I could see wrappers lying around here and there in the banquet hall , situated near the main reception.The room service also needs to be improved, regarding meeting the time frame to deliver any orders.I attended one wedding party in the lawns and I will appreciate the food which was very nicely prepared and delicious.The Chat Counter serving boy was not wearing gloves, which should be paid attention, regarding hygiene and keeping in mind Covid, especially.These are small things which should come from the management side of their own , without waiting for someone to point it out.Overall Not Very GoodNot Very Bad.The management can do still better.They have resources and have a long experience in hotel industry.

Was there for a wedding... Booked a suite everything was nice as all were busy with the wedding. Hotel was very cooperative and workers there does not loose cool if yelled but yes staff needs to be bit more professional & exposed to presentation when a wedding or a functions are hosted through them. Rest staff was very well mannered & hardworking.

Good Place for Party with delicious food

I visited today to check for room for my wife and me the receptionist spoked in harsh way. The one sentence which was in a rude way was that we only give rooms to married people. Come on!! Now should I put a tag and come saying that Im married or single or checking in with my girlfriend or with a hore. All is that we want one room and hotel should not be concerned about with whom Im checking in. Im a Graduate In Hotel Management From A Reputed College & Have Worked For Reputable Hotel Industry In India So Asking These Types Of Questions During Check In Literally Flashes Bad Reputation For Hotel & Thinking Of Management & Staffs. I Was Checking In With My Wife But Frankly Speaking You People Dont Know To Run The Business. If You Check In A Reputed 5 Star Hotel They Will Never Ask These Types Of Questions Or Convey Informations Like He Did. Upgrade Yourselves Even Though You Are Opened In A Small City. Due To This I Quit Shivani International. Worst. I Even Checked For Room In Emerald & They Didnt Convey This Horrible Information. First Impression Is Last & Worst Pathetic Impression & Experience I Ever Had In Shivani. I Would Never Ever Suggest Anyone To Stay There.

Very good place for stay,very supportive,excellent hospitality and management in the middle of town.

In simple words,Too much Pathetic whether in infra (ambience, quality of rooms, etc) whether in services (room service, housekeeping, restaurant, food, cleanliness, etc) pathetic pathetic pathetic.Intercom never worked , you keep trying contacting from room, wifi never worked, you have to use chori wala given by someone in hotel, repeated menu daily in breakfast (served cold and in unhygienic way).Again worst staying there and wont recommend at all.

The rooms are nice and spacious with good amenities. No complaints regarding the rooms and the breakfast is also complementary along with stay. I would have given 5 stars but the workers at the hotel restaurant werent polite and welcoming enough. Slightly disappointed that such amazing hotel with slightly low rated staff but overall it was good and its worth staying.The most helpful feature of this hotel is its extremely close to both the Airport and Railway station and hence a convenient place for travelers.

Our stay was very short so will not comment more. Although the staff was good. Very nicely located near the airport. Rooms were good.There are places around to eat. The mall for shopping is also nearby.

Even a single star is a big deal for them. Worst service ever experienced in my life. The staff does not cooperate at all. Recently stayed in this hotel(a big mistake) for my cousin’s wedding. The staff here doesn’t even know what they are serving. The food they were serving was cold like it has been taken out of a freezer and the cold drinks were Luke warm. Cold drinks were being served in plastic glasses. The rooms were full of mosquitoes. Would request everyone that if you want to feel ashamed and embarrassed in front of your relatives, only then book this hotel.

Rooms are good. entrance is also good and the staff are very warm and courtious. stayed for business trip for a week had a good food and nearby are very active place specially in the evenings. food is good but if you like to taste different variety order it and they deliver to you.

Attended friends wedding in April. Got welcomed by mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel. Hotel staffs were amazing in serving bad food continuously for days. There was no person from management to handle guests problem. No room service. AC was just a showcase display.Overall, it was my worst experience of staying in an OYO hotel.@OYO, I never expected this kind of service from a chain like you. Pretty disappointed.

Have been here for a days meeting. I did not stay there though. Used the conference facility. Which is a decent place to host 30-40 people easily. The food was also okey; nothing great to mention about. The property is easily visible and accessible from main road.

One of the worst hotels to book if you want to arrange a ceremony. Even after sharing the guest list long back, there was no management when the guests arrived. The rooms were dirty and full of mosquitos. The buffet options were pathetic, food served was cold and when an item got over, it took forever to serve it again. There was no one to attend to our complaints. My friend, the groom, had to attend to everything even though he had his own ceremonies to attend. In all it was a pathetic experience.

Its a nice hotel . It has got a quality. Located beside Reliance Fresh, the location is very good and favourable. Not much far from airport or Railway Station. It is worth noticeable. Its building look very elegant

Very close to airport 2.5km. Nice comfortable rooms, bathroom with bathtub. Reasonable price. Breakfast, lunch dinner are available. Excellent room service till midnight. Free high speed WiFi. Peaceful.

Good hospitality during day time,but if you check in late, very uncooperative staff make you feel that you have chosen wrong place to get settled. No hot water unless you ask for it. Rooms are good, hygiene and spacious with good ventilation. Even though it is on the main road, no logistical support from neither outside nor from inside.

Good place to stay in Ranchi. Almost equal distance from both railway station and airport. Quality rooms with adequate space. Breakfast was good and it was free.

Was here for a wedding. The wedding lawn was not cleared of trash before the function. The entire lawn was filled with Pan Masala and Gutkha wrappers. I have never eaten this kind of food, the vegetables were floating in oil and were tasteless. They had absolutely no idea on what to do with mosquitoes, and there were at least a million of them. I think the receptionist was Mosquito Man cause he was not bothered by the hundreds biting him. Overall, it felt like the management of this hotel doesnt know how to run a hotel or to provide basic services to their guests. Please avoid this property!

The hotel service is the worst that you can get. Please avoid hosting any ceremony in this hotel. The food quality is worst. Whatever needs to be cold, they serve it warm. Whatever needs to be warm, they serve it cold. Water, buttermilk were warm. Roti, naan were cold. When some food item gets over, they take forever to bring it. Book this hotel if you are looking for embarrassing yourself and your family.

Not so clean but prices like any other hotel on Airport road. Even after discount. It is strange that South Indian dishes are offered but no Dosa is there.Though airport is very close, it does not offer free dropping like any other good hotel.An ok hotel against convenient hotels in vicinity.

Suites are very very spacious and very convinient place to host a group of visitors.Cleanliness is good.Rooms are well equipped with bath tubs in bathrooms.Electricals were the only issue with a few faulty sockets.

Totally shocked and surprised that this OYO partnered hotel provides such poor service. Lethargic staff and unclean environment. Even basic hygiene bar is not met. Immerse yourself in a mosquito repellent pool to save from mosquitoes present there. Discourteous management made our visit an unpleasant experience. Wouldnt recommend staying at this hotel!

Spacious rooms, prompt room service. We had gone to attend a friends wedding there and people were very friendly there. Only issue was in the breakfast where they served us burnt sambhar with Idli and that put us off for se time. Otherwise, a great place in Hinoo, very close to the airport and malls.

I booked this hotel for my brother’s wedding . The worst service I have ever seen .Food quality was very poor , they were serving naan, roti everything cold and also the freshly prepared naan was so hard that it was tough to eat. The rooms and the hotels were full of mosquitoes. We asked the hotel for fogging to be done around 6 PM but when our guests arrived they started fogging on their faces and because of that 2 of our guests fall sick. Room service was very poor . We ordered tea and we got it after an hour . Everything we ordered were served after an hour . AC was off in the hall where guest was sitting . They switched on the AC after complaining for almost 4-5 times . The most disappointing , pathetic service . I am less of words here . Wish google have given the option of giving rating less than 1 . Please don’t book this hotel it will ruin your vacation .

Attended my friends weeding in april.Guests had to wait for more than an hour to enter the room, inspite of being informed beforehand of arrival.Inspite of consuming the above time period, the rooms (AC) had mosquitoes.Atleast food could have been better but to our dismay, it was sub par.Butter milk was warm and soup was cold. Naan/Roti were not soft.Day2 we preferred to eat outside as it seemed like items from the day before were just repeated.The evening food had the same consistency.Just soured the mood of the entire wedding.

Room has the louded ac i have ever seen. In breakfast they gave bread which had fungus so we had to sit there for 20 mins for new package of bread which never came.

From last three days these guys serves idli n wada sambhar in breakfast.. Breakfast is complimentry it doesnt mean they serve same dish daily.. I m still in this hotel at room no. 202 but no solution provided... 1 star is compulsary otherwise i will give 0 star to this hotel n restaurant.... Very upset...

Very unsatisfied, there was issue with the hotel with regards to the price offered / advertised on OYO. The reception refused to speak to OYO personnel made us do it and kept us waiting for an hour, Wouldnt give us the room till the payment by oyo was sorted. Very bad hospitality. It was just a one night stay. The next day while shutting the door , it wouldnt do so , hence the key was used which broke in the lock, on speaking to reception they said it was ok, but later stated that Rs 1600+ had to be paid to replace the key and lock.Very disappointed and feIt cheated by the hotel. Please exert caution before going here to stay.

Worthless hotel, cheap, poor value of money, front desk is unskilled to check booking in app of OYO, and allotted a room with problem in water supply, after reporting also no action has been taken.

Facilities are not up to the mark. Hot water may or may not run on your room. Food is okay not great. No after 11 service. No one picks up phone.
