Pathetic service. It looks good only in pictures, one wont find any service person available over there on function day.Their catering service is worst,dont fall into their trap of getting all of it in nominal rate.

Staff was excellent. Concierge service was excellent. Selection and quality was very much appreciated. (The staff) is one of best parts of staying at the NANDAN PALACE. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay.Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the palace, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the NANDAN PALACE. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly.We look forward to returning.

Washrooms are unhygienic and extremely unpleasant. Dont get fooled by the beautiful exteriors. The management was also poor.

It is okay. It is very big. But the workers here are pathetic. They will keep the food for themselves saying it is over. Very highly uncooperative. I have given it three stars because my sister got married here or else I would have given it one star.

Very casual and unprofessional people. They dont keep their promises. Only go when you dont have any other option in ranchi. If you are not attentive you can be cheated in no time. Take everything in written duly signed by them. Dont believe their words. Cheat people booked the same hall for two different people and didnt have any shame to return the full money .

Best place for wedding and other functions...few months before I organized wedding here innwhich we enjoyes alot and people who came in functions enjoyed alot....great place....bigger banquet hall rooms was well fueniahed and fully ac. Parking is also good.

Awesome venue for any function. Be it wedding or engagement or a birthday party. It has a sprawling lawn and has fountains in between it also has a large hall for indoor setup. Proper parking space for both two wheeler & four wheeler. ample space to decorate and and et up counters across the open area. Always recommended.

Beautiful and spacious banquet hall. The road outside is broad so the vehicles can be parked comfortably. Previously it was even bigger but now it has been partitioned into two marriage halls.There is a big hall and plenty of rooms available to stay alone with open space.

Worst place. No management. They use railway bedsheets !! Unclean bathroom. Unethical. Owner has many restrictions. They dont allow charcoal in grass area in severe cold ! Dont go for it.

It is a good place to organise marriages and other functions. The rates are economical. There are two venues so two marriages can be arranged simultaneously. AC hall and AC rooms are there too. Only drawback is that it is situated slightly on the outskirts of the city.
