Found a dead Cockroach in the mix veg. Cockroach inside a dish definitely means the kitchen must be unhygienic and dirty.Tried reaching out to the restaurant to acknowledge them about the same but the call never connects on the provided number. A very bitter experience indeed. Being a vegetarian I used to consider this place, for regular ordering.. but this cockroach thing eeeeaaaaaahhhh 😑 No more orders from flaves as Im not a cockroach lover. Irresponsible people may be on duty. Better to consider Viyanjan the very next restaurant beside flaves. Hate you Flaves for spoiling my dinner plate.

Consecutive bad experience. Ordered many times through Zomato, but didnt like the quality of food. This restaurant has become overhyped.Furthermore, my todays experience was also not good. Went in-person to take my order (had ordered 10 mini thaali and tea through call at around 11 am), but still after waiting for 50 minutes till 1:30pm I didnt get the order.Also, while waiting one customer came and complained about the bad quality of dhokla he has taken. He went after taking refund.

Worst experience.I have purchased a cake from CAKE HEAVEN (which is in SAIL CITY) they provide cakes from FLAVES.The cake was too dry also its cream was dry and cake was sour.In this way FLAVES credibility will be gone. Do take note for this FLAVES.

This review is for cake heaven , sail city which is a branch of FLAVES . Once I purchased a cake from here the cake was Sour , it ruined my daughters birthday all my relatives including me were disappointed.I will highly not recommend to purchase a cake from CAKE HEAVEN .
