I went to consult Dr. Sanjay Kumar with my father for a second opinion about his bypass surgery at Medanta, Ranchi. Dr. Sanjay Kumar is very polite and knowledgeable, he explained my fathers situation in length, the only one thing I did not like there was that he sits in his chamber and patients chair is placed out side the chamber surrounded by other patients and their attendents. I found that setup inappropriate and it was really uneasy to discuss my fathers medical condition infront of many strangers. I have seen Medanta, Gurgaon but management at Medanta, Ranchi just the opposite and pathetic.
