Very poor service parcel is late not recieved yet whom to contact dont know .Helpline assosiates only writing note for delivery but did not know how to contact delivery office .hopeless service only name big fedx .charges too high in service they are zero.They do only fake commitments dont really on their words.

I went to collect my heavy parcel in my own.During lockdown delivery was hampered.But when I reached there things were easy and fast.Got my stuff fast and quick.

No one responds on phone .no marking or land mark to reach there. I literally asked people after people to reach there .its located in a shady corner of the city. They only accept cash if you have to pay something for your shipment. No card/Paytm. The manager may offer you net banking for payment if any

Best courier for international shipments. I have to mail a document to Germany, they handle it very well and also the behaviour of the staffs are good. Cant believe i booked the parcel on monday and its delivered on Wednesday. One thing i dont like is the location of the office.

Its the worst delivery service facility in Ranchi.. they kept my product for about 10 days n they didnt even call me ..I wish there should be an option for zero star... I would have surely prefer that...After registering couples of complaints .. the customer care called me n told me to recieve the product from the delivery centre only...I dont understand if they cant deliver why they take the products..

Dont even deserve 1star,if there was option for -ve I would have given that.For 3days my delivery is shown undelivered for non contact.Everytime whenever any of my consignment is being delivered by FedEx same story is repeated.Most incompetent people are running this courier facility. Total lack of professionalism. The entire supply chain will work hard and get your courier to this location except this facility. They purposely delay your last mile delivery so that in the end you get frustrated and you yourself have to go to the godown to collect your courier. They don’t even listen to their head office. This franchise must be cancelled.

Ranchi courier facility is worst. They do not deliver the products on time. Even they dont attempt a delivery and mark the status as delivery attempted and door was locked or recipient not present at the time of delivery. They dont even make a phone call to enquire about the address.My order is in the local facility since 2 days and yet it has not been delivered. It was expected to be delivered by now. The site says yesterday a delivery was attempted. FedEx is a reputed company, we do not expect this from them.All customers are facing this problem. It has got a very poor rating.*UpdateAfter complaining multiple times to FedEx via email it was delivered after 2 days. So i am increasing the rating to 3 stars from 1 star.

Fedex ranchi service is worst. My product was expected to b delivered on 14th dec. Bcz of netwrk problem the delivery boy said he called bt i didnt receive. Bt didnt get any single call frm him. And if one day he did not able to deliver atleast he should try the next day to contact. Bt no without asking he returned my product. And i had to order it again nd wait for many days. This is the worst courier service at Ranchi. They dont call to deliver you and all you have to do is visit their warehouse to pick up your shipment. Never had so bad experience with any courier.

They dont even share their contact number with you so they can hold the packages as long as they want and deliver the product only when they want too.

Very bad service. I had a shipment that was scheduled to arrive on 16th aug. Today is 21st. I am still struggling to get my courier. Very poor. Called the call center, they assured me the delivery by yesterday 9 pm. But again no one came. Strict action should be taken to the unresponsible delivery guys..

Useless service. They update at their end that door was locked or recipient was unavailable without even attempting a delivery. They dont call or provide the contact of the delivery executive. Believe me, if it is not a big city like delhi or Mumbai, never opt for FEDEX. Their customer support is as pathetic as their service. They bluntly say that I was unavailable and thus the delivery was unsuccessful.

The Place was easy to locate and the behavior of the manager was too good.

There warehouse is in kokar area. There is only one local store in Ranchi. Once item/article reached there store. They take more time to deliver article. Very bad services.

I had to go personally and collect my package,,since the delivery person decided not to deliver and cancel without even calling or informing me...The warehouse staff took a lot of trouble looking all over the place for my package which was found at last in the return shipment😵

The place is difficulty to locate. The work environment chaotic. There are no sign boards, no directions and not visible from main road. I had booked pick-up twice from them, but they did not collect it, I had to go there and drop it personally. They acted surprised when I told them they did not come for pick up. Its horrible how FedEx has deteriorated in their Service.

Finding the building was somewhat difficult but service was good.

Horrible service , DONOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES, the worst courier partner , my packet had reached ranchi 2 days before and the delivery was not made , i only got mails saying that i was not present at my home so delivery was not make , this was completely wrong , i was at my home both the days , the delivery guy didnt come nor did he call me , idiots.

Was uneasy to locate , even via Google map . Storage facility improper ( no proper channel for air conditioning, might decay goods eg. Living plants or any other refrigerated goods) otherwise sorting is good.
