Very Poor service in Ranchi. Global name with Pathetic service. Guys you are destroying the image of FedEx global.

Shipment is sitting there for the past 12 days. On calling customer care, they assure delivery but that never happens. Worst courier service to have in ranchi.

My package has been at ranchi facility for more than 10 days bhut they are neither teaching out not picking my phone. A local courier would perform better than these guys. I want to give them negative rating.

Wooooorst Service.. went there just to ask if i can dispatch an item. The representative turned up after 30 min responded with bad behaviour.

Worst Courier Service could ever survive. No Response even after calling 10 times they will pick up the phone and disconnect it. Should go to jail for disgracing the courier service and spoiling Fedex name. Staffs are horrible at customer service. Its been 3 days since scheduled delivery and the package is still warming their chairs in the warehouse. Pathetic, Shame on you guys.

These guys didnt even call when they found the door locked. Even Indian Post seems better than this.

I dont feel like giving a 1 star also for this courier service.. If you want your shipment on time then please dont go for fedex. I have send my shipment from mumbai by air then also it took 5days..
