Dtdc is the worst courier service provider in our region . They blame each other if the parcel in not delivered. They have the best answer that address pin code is wrong .

First of all DTDC is worst courier company in term of professionalism. No ethics to inform sender and recipient in case of any delay.dtdc center in kathal more is equally very bad, my consignment was not having recipient contact no, so they did not even attempt to deliver to the mentioned address.

Very poor service . Non professional attitude. and Such an irresponsible behaviour by the owner. Not able to deliver stuffs within 1 km range. Trying since 15 days to collect the material . Also in the system they have updated item as delivered
