Worst service and no product range. Increased prices. They will make you wait for a hour by saying that they have the product & finally in the end they dont have the one you are asking for. Really Pathetic staff. No social distancing & covid protocol is being followed.Even the small shops in your locality is far better in terms of price & service.

They take care the customer s need and we get all the ranges of building materials in the same roof., specially Product of Asian Paints.Only some courteous behavioural training is required to their few young staffs with their customers.Rest is o.k.

Pathetic behaviour of owners.they do not have a good way to speak with customers.I think they are illiterate.I am going to write a complain against them in consumer court and to local SDM. definetly they are gonna fine them. or seal their shop. jst wait and watch what I can do with you prasad hardware.you will never talk in a bad way with customers.I already filed a complain in consumer court and tmw I am going to meet SDM Dumri.just wait and watch. you will receive case file soon to your shop.
