Guys dont wast ur time and money because the service man Mr. Rahul kr. is always occuring cheating with customers .because he has no. Knowledge about system . Because he is always take system to customer and giving to rospa tower service center( silicon repair centre at 2 floor).And owner behaves to customers very worst.

This shop is run by a fraud named Rahul Adakia & his mother who claims mastery in computer repair but has no knowledge.I had the most pathetic experience with this guy.He stole my 1 TB hard disk & replaced it with similar looking faulty HDD. This was found to be true when I checked the hard disk serial number on LENOVOS website & it didnt match. When I informed him about this issue, he started making excuses like I dont know anything.He misplaced my laptop charger too & I later found that he also stole 4 GB RAM.I lost my hard disk, RAM & the most precious data. The shop owner deserves to be jailed so that no one can become his victim anymore.

Never go there.. That Rahul is a fraud.. he doesnt give details about the problems and charges money and doesnt give bills . So my brother went to give Our CPU for repairing, he took all our orginal parts and refused to give and said we lost it.. later on I had to go and we also thought to complain to police against that fraud but we didnt. He doesnt understand GST and let me tell you he has done frauds with his dealers too.. His shop should b closed. I dnt live in ranchi otherwise i could hv complained and filed a case . He deserves slap litrally..

Owner of this shop Rahul Adakia is a thief. Never give your laptop/desktop for repair. Police should take strict action against him.

Do not buy anything from there nor give your devices for repair. They are frauds.They wont give you proper bills, warranty cards etc, wont fix your devices on time, wont exactly tell you whats wrong with your your device and asks for money.The old lady who sits there doesnt know how to deal with customers and her way of talking is very bad.Worst experience ever.Dont waste your time and money by going there.

Very bad service. I need to change my laptop harddisk so I go there for price inquiry. Service boy want to see my laptop and after turning on the laptop he tell 1950rs. I say I come in the evening. Then he say I have to pay rs 250 as service charge. Service charge only for turning on my laptop. I never visit any worst shop like this before. Seriously they are stealing customer money. Worst shop of RANCHI.
