My friend went here and her experience was pathetic. The counter staff ( man it the photo ) was so careless he does not even respect someones time. This so called Infotech shop wasted her 6 days and didnt even repaired her laptop and still they asked her for 500 bucks in the name of service charge. Like seriously? You guys didnt give any service but you are asking for service charge. I hope this counter guy is mentally stable.My friend had to make all the draft that she had in her laptop because these losers couldnt not repair a mother board in 6 days.So please dont visit this shop if you want your work to be done on time.

I went there with my laptop on 24.08.2021, the counter staff said they will repair my laptop ( laptops mother board ) in 2 days or maximum 3 days and once my laptop is ready he will call me.I called them on 30.08.2021 at 11:45AM, they said they will repair my laptop in 1 hour. I called them on 01:30PM, they said they will try to repair it as soon as they can, I asked them if they will repair it by 03:00PM because i had do some work with my laptop but instead of answer me they cut the call. I went to their shop at 01:55PM, the counter staff said they will repair it by 03:00PM, i went there at 03:00PM, the counter staff said his man is on his way and he will be there in 10 minutes but I had to wait 30 minutes. After all this he said​ they couldnt repair my laptop and asked me to pay 500 rupees service charge.They are useless. They couldnt repair my laptop in 6 days and they had the audacity to charge 500 rupees service charge. Please dont visit this store if you respect your time because they dont.There are other good stores in Ranchi.

I had one of the worst experiences here, i bought a nvme ssd , and the shop owners told me to get it fitted there only , so i bought a servicing coupon of 200 to get it fitted by their engineer, what he did was he literally burnt my laptops ssd slot and the ssd itself, and then the shopkeepers refused to own to their mistake and also didnt refund or replace the ssd , i had to go to service center to claim the warranty. The service guy at ranjan infotech has no idea what he is doing, if youre seeing this Dont visit this place , youll also probably get scammed by these scammers.
