This website is completely of no use for the customers. There is no place to lodge our complain nor there is any method of receiving letter online.The Address of Higher authorities with Contact Number is not displayed whom and how can we lodge our complain to the higher Authority online or by email.This web site is made to harass the customer or to facilitate the Customer, I am unable to understand.This is in reference to Property Tax for the year 2017-18Please Note thatI have submitted a letter to M/S Sparrow Softeck on 17-01-18 declaring that I have Constructed the Water Harvesting Pit on 27-03-17 enclosing the three Numbers of Photo Copy of Water Harvesting Pit made and as such requested that the Additional charges in my Property tax may kindly be withdrawn.Since in Self Assessment form, the Construction of Rain Harvesting Pit was prior to 31-03-2017.And I completed it on 27-0317.The M/s Sparrow told me that a joint verification will be done by the concerned staff of Sparrow and the Municipal Authority. But till date nobody came and when asked our local Tax Collector Sri Rahul Kumar, he told me to contact Md. Naushad of M/s Sparrow Softeck who has told him that THEY have not received any letter or proof of construction of Water Harvesting Pit by me.I have a receipt of the same letter by M/S SPARROW dated 17-01-18 by Miss PUJA of M/s Sparrow Softeck.This type of false statement made by your staff made us to feel how the Company is running to harass the people.its a wondering too that when the letter was received by you, there was no any receipt letter number which can be refered here.Please look in to my matter and withdraw my additional charges from my Property tax at the earliest possible , so that I can submit the tax before 31 March 2018.This may be corrected in my Property tax so that Ican pay thru e-payment.ENCLOSED PLEASE FIND AGAIN THE 3 PHOTOS OF RW HARVESTING PITThanking You!Yours FaithfullyTRIPURA NAND SAHAYWARD No. - 54Holding Number - 0540002226000A1Address-Shivashakti Bhawan,Vikash Nagar,Latma Road, Road No. - 8/ANear Mission HospitalRanchi- 834003Contact No. - 9771411798

Very bad service, harassing people. Custer care executive is talking like illiterate on tall free no.
