Service quality very good

Worst communication experience. Neither properly answers mail nor clarify on call or WhatsApp. Physically going for queries regarding parts availability is costly and much time consuming.

I didnt find any service center there and I called more than 15 time continuously on there mobile number which is mentioned on Google map.Fake place ,fake details

Staffs are arrogant here. Id never prefer visiting here. They made me wait half an hour just for a 2 min task despite having the center empty. I just wanted to check if my products battery is available or not, for that they just had to put up my laptops serial number on their website and it was good to go.

I went to get my Acer laptop serviced. Got it done in a day. There were white spots on the laptops screen and they replaced the screen itself.

THE OWNER OF THE SHOP IS KIND, HELPFUL. THEIR PROBLEM IS THAT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU SO MUCH FOR SIMPLE PROBLEMS OF YOU THINGS, LIKE- PC, LAPTOP, PRINTER ETC. OTHER THAN THIS ALL ARE GOOD IN THIS SHOP.
