I could have rated -5 for this company, I have tried reaching out to director hundred of times but still not able to reach her, she has blocked me on her emails not picking up my calls, I am still waiting for my experience letter. Micromanagement is what they do. its a family run company. They will deduct your TDS but it would never show up where it was deposited.Never ever join this company if you want to save your career.you will not learn anything. initially they will ask u to work on sat and sun for 2-3 months and then they will say that ur performance is not up to the mark and you will have to work on saturday and sunday as well.
