The worst bank staff ever I have seen before and the timings also they dont follow will close main gate by 3.30 p. M and telling to come afterwords as they want to go home early so and the main gate guard just have to fire out as dont know how to talk to the premier customers. Just seal this bank would be a better therapy for this bank . And really all the staffs are dolt over here just rubbish

Its a nice branch but need some improvement.Few customers facing the problems regarding form submission of any requirement but Bank staff delays to give them quick solution to customers. These things to be better here.

Had an extremely terrible experience at SBI lalpur branch, RANCHI.I went there to submit my application for the closure of a non operational account. After submitting the application, they kept me waiting for 2 hrs. That too I did with all my patience. But after a long wait my work was not done.They told me to leave the application and go home. After getting assured that my work will be done and that I dont have to put myself and my old father again at the risk of coming to the branch in this lockdown, I left.I went on chasing them for two days but my paper kept on bouncing from one table to another. Result my work was not done...... they portrayed another problem and asked me to come again at the branch.Very pathetic

Worst Bank of India, Server Down Anytime ,Takes 10 days to open a single account.Not recommended to anyone
