Worst service I have ever got. While doing payment through upi, my transaction was successful, but because of their technical issue they asked me for cash and promised to return money back on my account in 2 days. But its been more than 4 days still they are not able to process. And continuosly for 2-3 times I have been calling them and asking them to return my money back but no progress..

Covid19 safe take care

I love Maxs collection in general but had a terrible experience in this particular store because of a staff members behaviour.We went in mens section first to purchase clothes for my brother. A salesman came to us just when we got on the floor and stayed nearby all through.As we were picking up shirts for trial, he kept on hinting that we were trying too many clothes by saying things like you can only try 3 at a time, its all the same etc. In fact, he even stood outside the trial room. We picked 2 out of 6 shirts tried. The salesman then started coming with us downstairs. I told him that I even have to look around in the ladies section. He said no problem and kept lurking around. It was highly uncomfortable.Ultimately, we went to the billing counter, just to get out. The guy stood there until he saw us purchase those shirts.We would have bought more, but because of the bad behaviour, we had to leave.Id suggest going to Pantaloons just on the same line. Their service is so much better.
