Best store in Ranchi. The staff was super responsive and very cordial. Due to certain situation we werent able to go for physical shopping so we contacted them online. They were cooperative and cleared all our doubts through video call. Their process was quite quick. Within couple of hours the delivery men carefully delivered it to our house.

From my first conversation with the owner until post product delivery, it was a wonderful experience. They understand your requirement and budget and suggest accordingly. No push for higher value products not are you made to feel ignored if you choose otherwise. I contacted Mr. Gaurav over call. He patiently listened to my requirements and suggested mattresses accordingly.I am happy to receive the mattress on same day.We did not even had to visit the store. However, Mr. Gaurav recommended to visit store. But due to time constraints, we chose mattress over video call after seeing the sample showing internal cushioning of mattress. There are lot of options to choose from. I paid money via UPI.It was a very good experience ordering mattresses from Nalanda Enterprises.
