Worst service centre. Very irresponsible staffs they open at 11.30 and do not work with co operation.. this is my 3rd time visit and being a loyal customer of one plus but I never recommend to go their.

This place is great! People here are well mannered , not like other service centres , youll get your issue resolved here quickly . They have facilities like charging ports and comfortable sofa . The best thing Is that you can watch you phone while it is being repaired and they try their best to make sure that your product is repaired on the same dayOn the ground floor there is the experience floor and in the upper floor there is the service center

Had a terrible experience out there, I went to the store to have one plus 6 charging cable and they were out of stock and informed it would be available after Dussehra.My phones batter waw about to die and hence I asked if i could charge my phone there. Staff member didnt show any courtesy and casually said they dont have any charger.Even when i approached the store for the first time, the staff members didnt even bother to attend me and kept sitting at their place. Their gesture didnt appear very friendly.I understand you have a great product in the market, but that doesnt give you any right to treat your customers like this!!I would prefer taking my business somewhere else.One more thing, why on earth did you not remove your nucleus mall location from google? As the store is being shifted to a different coordinate, should you not update the same??

Recently bought a oneplus cable which was unavailable on the oneplus online store.

THIS STORE HAS SERVICE CENTRE ALSO , I WENT THERE TO GET BACK GLASS OF MY 7TPRO MC LAREN CHANGED AS IT BROKE , GLASS WAS NOT AVAILABLE , THE GIRL ON THE FRONT DESK TOLD TO LEAVE MY PHONE AND SHE WILL ORDER GLASS AND IT WILL COME IN NEXT 10DAYS .. I DID NOT AGREE TO LEAVE MY PHONE AS SHE DID NOT GAURANTEE THE EXACT TIME OF GIVING BACK MY REPAIRED PHONE ..THEN SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL RAISE ORDER FOR THE GLASS , WITHOUT LEAVING MY PHONE THERE ...THEN SHE WAS BUSY ATTENDING CALLS ON HER CELLPHONE AND I WAS SITTING THERE FOR QUITE LONG TIME .. FINALLY I WENT FROM THERE ...VERY POOT EXPERIENCE...THOUGH PHONE WAS GOOD ..BUT I THINK I WILL SHIFT TO IPHONE AGAIN ... SERVICE DOES MATTER

Pathetic service and staff. They talk to very nicely when you got to buy and once you pay for the product they become rude. Bought a 9R yesterday and the phone started heating, went back to them and they are saying we sold you a sealed box so its not our problem go talk to service. The people sitting at service counter are asking to submit the phone(new phone that I bought yesterday) for a week and not even giving spare phone. They were also talking very rudely so I took this matter to the store owner who started shouting at me saying its not his problem. Very disappointed with the behaviour. I would suggest you guys to buy your device online instead of buying it from this store at least you will get way better response if you run into a problem. I dont want to give then even 1 star but thats the least I can give.

Went in with my Oneplus 8 within warranty with a microphone issue. They took my phone for repair and handed me the receipt stating the phone was in warranty. Till then everything was fine. An hour later they called me up and told that it was water damaged and motherboard needs to be replaced. Gave me an estimate of 20,000.00. I requested to change the microphone PCB on my expense despite the fact that there was no water damage ever from my side. I said I will bear the cost of microphone PCB but they refused and told that motherboard was faulty and needs replacement. I took back my phone and ordered the microphone PCB online. Cost me Rs. 1500.00. I replaced it myself and my phone is working as good as new. I have never seen such dishonest people ever. Taking advantage of somebodys situation seems to be their forte. I suggest that before submitting your phone make sure they give you in writing that the phone has been checked for water damage otherwise you will be a victim of the same scam. Me and my family have been loyal customers of Oneplus since a very long time but we have never seen such incompetence and dishonesty before. Oneplus officials should take a note of this situation and act on it if they want to retain their customers.

Such a pathetic service and product has to be ban in India. How its possible that phone is got broken just by holding it in hand. Either its a refurbished product or the damage product sold by company. Such a worst version OnePlus 8 T, A new phone purchased a couple of month ago having all the issue like it got hang, heating issue and back glass got broken just by holding it in hand.While reaching to customer support and service center, no solution they have. Stop making fool to the customer by selling such worst item just because of marketing.

Pathetic service .OnePlus will loose their customers because of this shop. My friend bought 9r from this shop and it started heating up and when we went to this store with our problem then no one was listening to us ,store owner started shouting at us .Mobile is something which most of the people buy in every 2-4 years so if any store behaves likes this with customers , I think it will affect the mobile company reputation .

Not great experience. Unfortunately not a good response from service team.Before visiting the center make sure that you ask them that whether they are open or not. They closes the counter anytime and you may have to return back even if you have come from far place.Very irresponsible behaviour on their part unfortunately

This One Plus Store have 2 departments. The ground floor is for Sale of almost any One Plus Product and the first floor is for the Service. I visited for service of my One Plus Bullets Z earphone. Akansha was the assist I got to solve my problem from the very walk in till completion of my service it was a flawless experience. First and worst In-store experience:First of all I want to share that I am oneplus fan.I bought Protective Glass for OnePlus 7T Pro today and it cracked into half within 4 hours. First it got two bubbles near edges and suddenly it cracked.When I went back to store ..they are convincing me that It got into some accident and no replacement or refund wil be provided.I have been using smartphones since long time but I have never seen any tampered glass broken to half even if it falls down to earth even though purchased from local shops.Very bad experience with OnePlus store....
