One of the worst quality. Unable to deliver the product at main location i.e. Lalpur in Ranchi.

DTDC charge me 700 for fast delivery but actual delivery was made after 6 days... The customer care of DTDC is also irritating... Almost all contact details mentioned at website are non working. Also their staffs misbehave is you query for your consignment 😡

I am extremely delighted to see the professionalism of Mr. Manoj kumar . He is just a very young and exhibits high quality of professionalism. Since my first call which as actually a busy line, he called me back and collected the courier maintaining proper decency and till the end of acknowledgement of the delivery and surprisingly , I had to take no follow up.Amazing and delighted.

Extremely cooperative and courteous people who will guide you and suggest you the best option based on value for money. Honest, open and it was indeed a good experience. I shipped my parcel on 30th December evening and received it within 6 days i.e. on 6th January in Chennai in perfect condition. You can bring your own carton or ask them to help. They will pack it properly and neatly and ensure there is no spillage or damage. I am indeed impressed with their work. They treat customers with full respect and respond promptly. Will be surely going for this service again!
