Govt undertakings banks services needs to be improved and employee should respond and treat well with customer.

Very Poor Customer Service. They are least bothered about customers’ problems. Their behaviour is not at all good. Worst Service Ever. Don’t visit this branch if you can’t tell your problems for more than two times as they don’t listen questions carefully.

Would have possibly given zero star if there was an option to do so. The staffs behavior is not at all good, they are least bothered about the customers and keep on gossiping among themselves. A work of 20 minutes takes more than 3 hours there. Every time there the link fails and they sit idle chit chatting. Most of the counters actually 75% of them are closed. The old customers also have to stand in a long unending queue. The staffs even shout at them. There are other good branches of SBI as well but this HEC colony one is really pathetic.

The place is congested, ill ventilated and the staff behavior is bad. I had to visit many times to update my account details.The Adjoining ATM never works, or has only 2000 rupee notes. Dont open your account here. There are better branches in Ranchi.

The new staff of state back of india, Ranchi branch is very helpful. You can open your SBI account here with ease. The new facilities are provided by the SBI. Every staff is good and helpful. Overall this Branch is very helpful. This Branch is located just near the Vidhansabha, adjoining Vidhansabha road. I recommend this SBI branch.
