This is one of the worst branch of HDFC Bank. Kindly avoid going to this branch. If possible go to Ratu road branch. People here are so care less that they will misplace your documents and cheques. They will make you wait for every small works even if you are the only one in the queue. Person at treller asks un-necessary and irrelevant questions as if you are a suspect for something. I have decided to close my account after couple of visit to this branch. Never go to this branch.

Worst staff at this branch. I went recently to change my address for HDFC REGALIA credit card as I dont have any bank account with HDFC it was mentioned in the website to visit the nearest branch for this request. 2 staff sitting just right of entrance in cabin area started convincing me to open bank account at this branch and wasted my time, they also giving wrong information about address change. They not even helped me on my address change issue and asked me to open account and then change address or sent the request directly to Chennai office. Finally I went far to Ratu Road branch the other day where my request was taken very easily.
