Worst ever custom service provided..They dont pay attention to our queries and the way of response is very poor..

One of the worst experience I ever had with this branch. As because of work requirement I reside outside my country Australia but my account with this bank. As because stuck my account been freeZed, asked for a help and given all the required documents immediately with a hope for a help. But the employee name “Chandan Pandey” just shown the Unethical banking system. First he commited to hep me in this situation and then he asked for more time and then stoped picking my call and stopped giving me any respond and atlast he blocked me.Such a worst behaviour and costumer service. They are more interested in opening accounts and sale credit cards but when it comes to Service they just block.Thanks a lot axis bank baraitu and chandan Pandey....will cope up with this situation as well soon, but I make sure none of my relatives or my known people will go there for an account or any kinda service

Axis bank of Bariyatu very vast service, no any care and concern, every staff no any sense... I m customer of axis bank main branch, my address is Bariyatu, today I m going to the Bariyatu axis bank that gya said no any help this branch.. Please visit ur own branch.. Again no any service..
