Service is not good. Receptionist were absent for about a week. I understand everyone needs holiday everyone have some work to do but for that case you must have an alternate option so that customers wont be unhappy or sad with your services.

Worst experience ever. In any service centre. Visited here for REALME Buds Q warrenty. Two days continues server down problem. No one to ask for situation all staff went inside chamber and customers are waiting for them and server. Dont buy REALME PRODUCT. IF YOU WANT AFTER SALES SERVICES.

Worst service , staff not know how to talk with customer , specially the lady on front desk, she think she is working in a govt place.Avoid to take service here. They are depreciating Brand value of Realme.Very much disappointed at here.

Very chaep survice. I got my device after 25 days of submission. l call them everyday but they not respond me. that was very unpleasent experience for me.

We had to wait over an hour to submit our device, there was no order to the process, very poorly managed.

It took them 16 days to change my display... Pathetic service. Even the behavior of the staff specially one of the engineer, he use to shout at somebody just to show you his intelligence.

It is not authorised service center but you can trust them they are honest.

They Dont know the spelling of service. How they can solve our problem. Dont go to this service center you will waste your whole day. Because they take lot of time. If you have hardware issue you can come but if you have software related issue please dont they will just take your whole day and the only thing they will do is downgrade your system and nothing else. I have heating issue on my phone for that they have charged me 118 rs and my whole day gone wasted.

I Visited more than 10 times. Customer care will tell you that it is opened even though you are standing in front of them. Their phone number is switched off.the staff here are not cooperative at all . Worst experience ever.i would suggest that u all should stop visiting this service center also staffs are unskilled and behaviour was rude they need to be trained how to behave with their customers. Worst service center Ive ever visited in my life . Mam was cooperative but other staff members were very mannerless and they didnt solved my problem . They just make excuses and fool us . As they have still not solved my indisplay fingerprint issue . Just because of them i have visited here many times due to which my precious time got wasted .

ASUS!Pathetic customer response and very arrogant front desk lady. She hardly has a knowledge of the product and was extremely rude and arrogant.I went to get my laptop serviced but returned and got my work done from somewhere else. Asus being a reputed brand should do something about such service centres with rude and uninformed staff! Very unpleasant experience.

Very quick service. But soon the service center is moving from city center to PP compound.So I bought a realme buds from flipkart in oct. 2020 and its mic stoped working in April 2021 so i went to service and it hardly took 25 min and they exchanged it with a new one.

Please dont buy Asus. Very pathetic experience. They are in a mission to loot people.

Good attitude.. people are ready to help you any time . specially the Lady seeting at reception counter. There process is very clean and transperent. Cost , parts. Time everything they tell upfront . It is difficult to find inside City centre .so ask someone is the best way. Even if it is crowded for sure your turn will come in next 15-20 mins .

They waste the time of customers and do the work very slowly they are careless . to replace earphone they took 6 hour of time .

The place is too small with only one worker at the counter, sometimes two. Also, it is overcrowded and people have to wait for a very long time in that small room, even for a charger or earphone exchange.

The service is very slow.I ordered for an adapter, it came but didnt get any call from the service center. The time I called, got to know about it.The executives have no idea about how to talk to a customer. The even said that we wont be able to check the charger.Basically no sense of professionalism.

Situated in a complex which is infront of Gossner college . Behaviour of staff is good and you have to take token from machine to get the number in line. One can go here for asus mobile as well as asus computers.For Mobile repairing they advised to first backup the data of mobiles in memory card or in computer then come to this service centre which is good advice.At same shop realme mobile is also serviced.

Even during this time of corona, the service centre is providing service! They follow proper social distancing ! Before Entry temperature is measured and noted down! And they even sanitize the you mobile or laptop before taking it in!
