It is located in Ratu Road area. Many devotees come here everyday. I went there seven or eight years ago when i used to live in Ranchi.

Awesome palace, bholenath Mandir

It was a nice and scenic place till 2017 . Now they have demolished about 70% area to rebuilt. But unfortunately new construction not started yet and probably it will remain like this as soil is not stable may lead to landslide if any construction will happen. For now it has lost all its charm and u will definitely fell disappointed once you reach top portion of hill.

One of the best Shiv temple in the middle of city and top of the hill. Due to covid its not allowed to go to Temple.Before covid I visited couple of times and trust me when you reach temple you will feel peace and blessings.Must visit please when it will reopen.

Pahadi mandir is one of the most iconic historical Temple premise and place In Ranchi .In British era our freedom fighters were hanged on hill top here !but anyway that all inf youll get on net let me tell you what you wont !1) Prasad youve to take from one of the stores and leave your footwears there only to their custody .2) Prasad to offer will cost you none or less 70-80 Rs , dont pay more than this .3) there are exactly 389 steps in total for main mandir climb , and its generally a tradition that first offering is to bhole baba on top then gradually when coming down do it in succession .4) when to go ?? ------ Saturday , sun and monday are very crowded specially in 7 - 11 time frame !! other weekdays its normal rush .5) climbing may sound easy to you which it is but still dont hurry , steps are Inclined and dont leave elderly , obese ,kids and handicapped people without support .6) there are exactly 8 Mandir in total inside Temple premise from main entry to Main temple .7) occasionally you may encounter snakes along your route plz dont panic they dont do anything just stay still theyll pass , dont click pics , or do

Very beautiful temple . Situated on the hill so you have to climb about 400 stairs. In the evening Aarti is done from 07.30 PM to 8 PM with the band and sound.This music will shake any soul. Literally mind blowing.Also from here you can see the awesome view of Ranchi City. The air here is very soothing.

The Pahari Mandir, Ranchi is devoted to lord shree shiv. The trample is located in hilltop and 7 KM from ranchi railway station. This is the indias first temple where indian National flag hosted every year. The devotees reach out after stairs ups more than 400. In savan and Mahashivratri the devotees are visited crudely with their family, friends, and colleagues for DASHAN and Jalabhishek. I strongly recommend you please visit atleast. I uaed to visit here every weekend or end of month. You may poured with a lot of blessings, peace, and natural oxygen from here. There are two mandir namely Maa durga and shiv situated at the entrance gate and one another mandir at the mid of stairs way. The 293 ft (89.3 m) flag pole stands on Pahari Mandir hill and the flag flutters at 493 ft (150 m) above the ground level.

Its good place to visit. At top there are many trees due to which whole city will not be visible. If you have stamina and havent any luggage, then u can reach at top in 10-15 minutes. 30-40 minute is enough.

Really enjoyed my visit with friends here. The view of the city Ranchi from the temple is really good. The stairs were numbered to 400 and nicely painted. All along the way there were moral quotes on display which Ive never seen anywhere else.

The temple provides a beautiful and captivating view of Ranchi city.The stairs are clean and maintained and the crowd was well managed in the early hours of the day except inside the main temple which gets a bit crowded due to paucity of space. There are religious and karmic hindi quotes and messssges painted all over the walls which are interesting to read. Its nice place to visit once in a while!

Loved this temple. Its shiva temple on mountain with 400 stairs. Feels peace and view is also gud. U need to take prasad downstair before moving ahead towards stairs.
