1. Worst service centre of MI and the employee are there just pathetic, arrogant and rude2. Online it shows the shop will open till 7pm, i travelled 20km in heavy rain with hell lot of traffic and i reached exactly by 6.10 pm...service centre was open and employee were available...i tried to explain my problem but without listning he asked me come 2mrw directly...i requested him sir i came from 20km please consider this and atlest take my phone as it is not getting charged...he wont listen anything and keep on saying to come 2mrw arrogantly and rudely as he cant do anything...boss u r employee there if u cant do then who else?.....i am not sure how this kind of employee gets hired by MI...who doesnt value there customers at all. worst experience ever. please do not consider this service center at all.

Very behaviour of staff seating at reception desk, no manners at all to with customer. There are no spare parts available, they suggest to leave the phone for a week to everyone. They charge for diagnosis and shift all riks towards customer end. Recommend to get service from out side.

I visited this MI service center on 03 Oct. On entry one lady sitting on door asked me for token. I was not aware of the token system. I booked a appointment then and there and I got an appointment at different center (AMC services, Ratu Road) at 1600 hrs that day. I requested several time to check the mobile as it was a minor software problem. The guy sitting there didnt listen to me. Even he was not interested not to talk to me. I told him I am doctor from RIMS, Ranchi I couldnt roam whole day. But the guy was very much unprofessional.However I visited the scheduled service center AMC services Ratu Road. They didnt ask for any token though I gave different mobile number. The repaired my phone within 1/2 hour.

Worse people.. They dont even talk politely. And even dont answer questions and very rude people.. Worse service center in ranchi. Same on MI.

Good but need to improve service much faster for better customer experience.

You have to get an online token beforehand so Google mi token fill the details and generate the token then go to the store. This store has good employees and I had a swelled up battery they fixed that issue in half an hour. You can even buy mi accessories here. But always issue a token beforehand.

Get your BACKUP done before you go to the service center for whatsoever service you seek.I went for the CAMERA DUST CLEAN UP on my one month old REDMI NOTE 9 PRO, they said they wont format the phone, after 2 hours they handed me my HALF OPENED phone and said, its not passing the quality test get your backup done, we need to format it. 🤥Where was I supposed to go with my half opened phone?They gave no wifi, no backup service what so ever. I lost all my data.I learnt it the hard way.You have been warned.Sawdhaan rahe, Satark Rahe! JAI HIND.

Too fast service. I am describing what I experienced. Just given my MI Max at 4:00 PM and collected it after a complete screen replacement at 5:00. I was amazed. First time any service centre I had seen with such a fast service. May be it will be a luck that the required part will be available at service centre but even then it was an outstanding service for me. And the best part is the behaviour. So polite and so patience.

MI service centre Qdigi located at Near katatoli chowk, Ranchi. Here service is well.

Very bad experience. The service person doesnt have any technical skill, they dont even diagnose the problem properly. They have changed the battery of my phone but the actual problem was with the PCB. They are also very rude to the customers. Instead of this place i will recommend to go other customer service centre.

Minimum time to repair your slightest defect in phone is 7 Days.

The technician are very rude and does co-operate.

2stars instead of 4/5 because the estimate they give for finishing up a repair is so random. On call they would tell you 45min, when you go there to submit the phone it would be 1hr to 1hr 30min...and then it would take them atleast 3hours to finish the job.Workmanship is good otherwise.Go there when you have a free day to pass.

Had a Worst experience with this service center. No details are been provided for the discharge of phone. It can be possibly given on or days like 3 to a week sometimes, resons given is non approval of mail by the headoffice. Had to suffer much because of this service center. Added no. Calls will be taken by service providers or else the call will be busy.You can suffer a huge loss of time.

Dear Google, please allow rating in negative as well.These people are in high need of negative ratings.Their staff got no cool. They will fool you.Never believe in their ETA, they will tell you 30 minutes but you may have to spend 4-5 hours.You will lose your patience .If you question them then you consider yourself dead.They have completely destructed my mobile.Paid 3500 INR but got no proper repairing done.Highly disappointed.
