The store manager is really nice and the staff fixed my broken screen within 3-4 hrs only.....I thought earlier that maybe its gonna take 2-3 days and my work will be paused in the mean time .....but thanks to this amazing centre that they did their work very nicely and quickly . I would recommend you guyz to visit this store if u having any trouble with your Lenovo laptop.

Man how long you kept me waiting...it seemed that service to customers wasnt more important but answering to the calls was...in every minute you were on your phone....now you tell me why?

Very worst experience never go there. Service center is very unorganized and the members were very lazy. U have to wait 4 very long to get back ur laptop even u have to wait for 2-3 days also so pe mentaly and physically prepared before going there.

Careless, broken one of the part and then replaced with some one elses part, who know how many of your genuine parts get replaced. Also filing a complaint with Lenovo

Worst service center who degrade the company reputations in front of customer

I had given me laptop for keyboard replacement on 26th Aug and they said it would take just 7 days and I finally received on 12th Sep. These buggers are not even picking my call. Worst quality service center.

They repaired my laptop well but staff behaviour was not good.
