Worst branch , for saving account opening asking 25k minimum what the hell . Even its online 10k balance showing on site. Staffs saying its not updated . I think icici bank need to updates staffs well and training

Customer Care is not Responsive, they dont pick up the call, no reply from e-mail. I have a account which had became dormant and there is no help from bank in this Covid time.

Worst Experience. I went there for KYC. The deputy manager does not know about my icici account type, similar to the customer care no. KYC was not done by the unprofessional staff. She told me to go to the nearest icici bank of my permanent residence which is outside the state. She gave reasons such as bank rules, that I have not read terms and conditions, people can deposit black money, whereas on its website it is clearly stated to go to the nearest branch for kyc. Who treats their customers like that. You might be fine if you are not involved in a tricky situation with them. Got fed up with the bank and opened my account in another corporate bank which is at a walking distance.
