The rate is too high as due to its location. But the inside ambience of the hotel and the rooms are very satisfying. You can definitely book for your occasions as and when required. It has ample space for gala lunch and dinner. Also you will get ample space to park your cars for your visiting family and friends.

Impolite, unhygienic, worst hotel to stay ever! Horrible staff. never ever choose this hotel.They doesnt change the towels, blankets, dont clean the bedsheet. It is better to stay on road than this room.

It was going through some maintenance work otherwise it was a good stay.Rooms were big but amenities were missing. Cleanness was okay.Staff needs to understand that its covid era and mask is an essential for them and their customers.

1. Confusing lift.. B means basement in every lift but here B takes you to 2nd of 3rd flkor2. Fire exit opens where no one knows.. So confusing.... No proper safety in case of fire3. Very poor parking.. Such a sharp and narrow entrance to parking... Only a very experienced driver can take car in & out of parking... And that too they dont have guard to assist in parking..no lights also inside parking area4. Sewage line was leaking in parking area... All the sewage waste was spilled on parking entrance.. Poor cleaning poor hygiene..

It has a great space and location but Paid services were good enough but there were lot to improve like room service was not upto the mark, hospitality did not look good, And as far as their professionalism is concerned, that was not good either.One thing I would like add in end of review is that the public toilet was completely unhygienic and disgusting...Please make sure that for the next time, all these complaints will be shorted out...

My relative in ranchi had booked this hotel when i was coming to visit my family.Very bad experience in covid times. No proper cleaning, no hygeine, no one was wearing masks whatsover. Only a few people had masks that too upto their mouth.Rooms had full mould, linen not white and washed. I was booked for 3 nights but just after one day i decided that its better to stay in Radisson Blu which charges the same rate but much professional and cleanliness. At covid times, with children its better to be extra cautious.On asking for a refund for the remaining 2 nights, the front manager shouted on me and said to do whatever i can. I was thinking of doing a case on them but it is not worth to do case just for 8000 rs, however i want to make others aware of this bad experience.

The house cleaning staff entered my room without knocking and without my permission, using the Master Key card while I was going for a bath, and then sheepishly smiled on confrontation. If this is the kind of safety which I can feel inside the room, Im not sure if my bar for safety is too high. This is despicable behaviour on the Hotel and Hotel staffs part, and I just wanted to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone again. Please stay away from this property if you can.

Very rude service. they did not even give hotel bill. manager took even GST tax money from me but then got angry at me when i asked to give me bill. he insulted me in front of family so i had to leave without bill. room quality was horrible with furniture 20 years old. bathrooms were stinking and not clean. no facilities and environment is very cheap. horrible place for family.

Th place is having beautiful infrastructure along with ample space so as to celebrate your happiness.

Place has no windows. AC smells in the hotel so cannot turn on ac anytime. walls are so think one can hear movie sounds always. Room service is poor and very late. If you have booked the hotel for any occasion then be aware food quality in bulk is very poor and they often modify and serve left over food. Water bottles are extra small size. Maintenance is required. Room service is not responsive at all. Be aware they can cancel your booking even if you paid and booked room. Its around 6Kms away. Room quality is not same, food is not good.

Worst hotel in Ranchi. There is no hotel staff to help on time or even reception staff is so slow to provide room service. You have to call them 3-4. Times n still wait for more than 10 mins to get room service. In a city like Ranchi they dont provide hot water for bath. When the room service staff comes he just acts as if the hot water is coming now slowly slowly and he leaves. Breakfast was served in very dirty plates and when asked they again have 1000 reasons. Instead of giving 1000 reasons why dont you serve food in clean plates to the guests.I had paid them in advance for the breakfast but it was of waste i think so.If you are travelling alone,The room which they give you is always small and also say that all rooms are full and this is the only option left.So the guests is actually forced to take this small room.

The service of hotel was good but the food was excellent.

The infrastructure and the room space is really good and the staff really tried to help us and was nice BUT keeping all of that aside the rooms were extremely dirty and we had to change three rooms before settling down with the one which was comparatively okay but still not worth the amount we paid. There is absolutely no maintenance. Restaurant was so dirty and food was terrible. The staff seemed helpless and lost.They have a good space but with no maintenance at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very posh and the location is perfect as its little in the outskirts so you can enjoy your weekend or your stay in peace away from the chaotic city noise and traffic... Its banquet hall is perfect for small gathering like birthday party or Sangeet ceremony.... Infact they also have a very spacious parking area as thats the main concern in the busy roads

Osm place ,I stayed here for a day for the occasion of ring ceremony of my sister there staff are very sweet and humble and the hotel holiday home is a great place for this type of function like birthday party, business meeting,and etc.A lot of space for chilling children .only thing that is necessary in this hotel is a swimming pool . Very nice place to stay or to organize a party like marriage, anniversary, birthday etc...They are able to organize 2 parties at the same time with full decorum...Other than hotel room they have separate three numbers of cottages...This place is situated on Kanke road which is 10km away from Ranchi railway station and 20km from airport....They have full facility but lacking in service they provide and they need to work on that...Staffs are very supportive and they can help you with any thing, you just name it...

Location is good but hotel need a facelift very urgently. Regular repair and maintenance is also not done. Staff is good but need more professional supervisor and supporting staff. Price is too high compare to other equivalent hotels. Food quality is not upto the mark rather it is poor. Cleanliness is also not acceptable in common places and bathrooms.

Its a lovely and fantastic place to stay if you visit ranchi. Well, they also accept the party orders like marriage ceremony etc. They have a lot of space, so even you have more people in your party, you dont bother about that. Rooms and foods are best in class. Staffs are very cordial and cooperative in nature. Must go.

The worst place to stay in Ranchi. Sleazy rooms without any facilities. Non-cooperative staff who also resort to lying to prove their point. Their equipment does not work and they do not want to take responsibility for it. No one knows what they are doing and what needs to be done. Horrible breakfast and room ameneties. I attended a function in the ballroom, it was big enough for 100 people. It was well maintained and clean. Food quality was decent, nothing amazing. Staff behaved well but there was quite some time before new batch of dishes were served. If u can find a better place for the price, surely go fir it. As of holiday home, it isnt too bad.

I had to put up few of my guests in this hotel during my wedding in Ranchi. We had booked mostly suites and all of them were below standard. Not maintained well, dirty bathrooms (thats a deal breaker for me!) and the poorest wifi I have ever come across. The buffet breakfast was a namesake and bad. Some sort of renovation was on in the lobby at the time, I sincerely hope they pay similar and much needed attention to their rooms/suites!

Very poor service the food Quality was very bad they use cheap panner which are not good for health, rhe mix veg that was served was worse it wasnt cooked property it was tasteless. they just take money for the show off of infrastructure. We ordered a tea which was served after 2 hour waste of money. better hotels are available nearby hotel holiday not a good choice.

Not as such problem every thing was fine. Hotel is good and value for money also. Hotel people provide an excellent service over there. Nice people are working there. Food was also fine and I had my food there. Hotel is located on a good location. Nice hospitality are there. Hotel is over all neat and clean.

The infrastructure is good, but the maintenance is pathetic. The ACs works like Hot blowers, and even after repeated requests for repair, no action was taken, and let me tell you, therez no fan in the room...so youll keep on sweating.Moreover I had booked the hall for my Sons First Birthday Celebration. They did not allowed me to decorate the hall at the last moment.The staff members are very rude.This was my fourth booking in this hotel, and the last one...The present bench of staff members and not capable to cater even the minimum level of expected service.

A lot of Cockroach were there in the room & Bathroom, rooms were smelling too badly.Old furniture in the entire hotel premises.Even swimming pool was also completely dry.

Nice hotel, nice restaurant but more cleanness is required in living rooms. - Hotel is in posh area near CM house. The famous Rock Garden park and Kanke Dam is with 2 km of the hotel . Both the place is very good to go. Tagore hill is also with 5km which is also very nice place to visit .

We had a horrible stay. Water leaking from the taps and the water flowed into the room. Nobody came to fix it and the problem last for three days. My daughter slipped and fell in the bathroom. The TV was also broken and was showing only two channels National and DD. Y they charge so much money when they cannot afford to buy cable? Frustrating service and rude people. Give my money back!
