Had a great experience discussing and clearing my doughts regarding what breed I should get, Didnt got a pup yet, but definitely looking forward to get a pomeranian pup.Regarding the reply time, I can understand that you might be too busy and also you need to reply a lot of your customers but try to reply as quick as you can other than that everything is best, thanks a lot for being so polite, this is a great place to get your pet.

I bought a labrador puppy from here. The process was very unclear, but they did manage to deliver puppy on time.Puppy was very thin & malnourished, soft bone (against their claim of a hard bone puppy), was too aggressive, and had hundreds and hundreds of ticks and fleas.The only positive was that they picked up calls any time to help (only initially.. & not after 20 days of buying).I would not recommend for first time owners. For experienced owners, who do not need much help, you can go for it.
