Today I went kathi kabab@ main road & I ordered one double egg roll and a veg roll.at the time of payment they said we take only cash .no Paytm no card nothing.they said jao atm aur cash lekar aao after that we paid in cash.that was also bearable but u see what they give instead of a roll.when I open the parcel at home in egg roll there was no stuffing as u can see in picture.yr ye kathi roll ka naam hi kharab kar rahe.shame on them.and yes one thing more unhone ye bhi kaha agar online hi payment karna hai toh Zomato swiggy se mangwai yahan kyu aaye ho.shame on them

They are not accepting cards as they said they are not allowed to take online payments...we have to rush to thr atm to pay them.in this covid situation they are putting lives at risk by forcing their customers to pay in cash.

Ordered three different types of chicken and each one had the same taste in other words it was tasteless. Looks like they just put boiled chicken in the gravy . Will not recommend anyone.

Naam bade darshan chote. Worst experience. No UPI No ATM Machine. Only Cash. We asked the waiter y no UPI or Pos machine he arrogantly replied Mere baap hotel nai hai ja k counter pe baat kre.Had to run 2km searching for ATM as the Indian bank ATM was under maintenance.So if u ever wish to visit make sure u guys have cash in pocket. Keep an eye on bill also...Wont recommend anyone... we used to eat a lot at this place when we were kids... But wont visit for sure.....

Horrible customer service I orderee chicken chowmein via Zomato on 5th sept 2021 they took an hour to prepare my order and finally sent chicken rice. Chicken was pathetic and taste was so bad food was cold its last time I ordered from them

Quality of food as well as the serving attitude were worst. Infact the dine was also not of good ambience. The napkins were from New Kathi Kabab and the food which was served in Capitol hills plate.

Ordered chilli paneer n paneer...n it were the worst food I had ever...paneer chilli had no capsicum n onion..only paneer dipped in cornflour n fried in sauce...and the roll was yukkkk...it was just like maida paratha with some paneer ki dry subji...no sauces no chatni no onion..nothing...I mean seriously...are u doin a joke or what...if u cant give proper food to the customers please shut your shop or dont accept orders...this was a horrifying experience...u should be strongly punished fr this...people like u n restaurants like u are letting Ranchi down...shame on u people😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Unfortunately the quality has dipped over the years due to over demand and crowding.Have experienced cold items being packed for take aways and the kitchen lacks hygiene. All the items available in the menu are worth trying but the chicken tandoori is a must try.The service is little slow because kitchen is two shop far but its worth wait. I have been to this place couple of times. Enjoyed the food. The only draw back at this place is its cash only. Their food is one of the best. They provide onion in a different way which most restaurants dont provide. They uses to decorate the tissue papers within a glass which looks elegant. Love the place and will go for it when ever visit ranchi.

The shop is owned by the same owners of Punjab Sweet House. It’s also situated just opposite of the old Punjab Sweet House, Ranchi main road. They mainly serve Kebab, rolls etc. Food is tasty and moderately priced. In the evening people rush there to eat those items standing beside the road or sitting in the vehicles. They have dining facility also. But the main problem is hygiene which is a very common problem in India and especially in this part of India.

All looks good at kathi kabab but their service is little slow ,however it was all good because now there are very less customers to eat there ,so it is ok to wait a while.
