Neat n clean , from washroom to bed to pillows desk everything. Feels classy as soon as one enters the premises. Room is very much spacious n the washroom too.

This hotel is located right on the road. The staff was helpful and courteous. Easy check-in. Lots of parking. Nice view from some of the higher rooms.Free wifi and internet. The hotel is tastefully designed for comfortable and affordable stay . Value for money. Breakfast and lunch buffet provides variety of food, which is better than ordering from a menu very good services.

Just wanted to appreciate the politeness of the staff and let you know that my experience at the property has been amazing. I travel to Ranchi from Delhi twice a week without worrying about where am I gonna stay. Sufiyan from the front task has a great way of welcoming the guests and making them feel comfortable. The food is good and the service time is quick. The rooms are clean and the services are top notch.Ive stayed at Sarovar portico,Ranchi and Radisson blu, Ranchi as well but this property makes me feel most welcomed and comfortable at all times .

Jade square no doubt is a good location as it is near airport.However, one must not expect services at all. They are horrible, morning breakfast plates will be taken in the night and that too after numerous calls and scaring the staff.They let the plates be kept in the lobbies which results into stinking always.Bathrooms are congested.They say, they operate with less staff but in hospitality if you charge in full then you must provide services accordingly.Food is good but chef doesn’t brings guests for rooms!!Stay only if you don’t bother about good and prompt services.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located on main road near Ranchi airport. Car can be parked in front of the hotel. Rooms are cozy and of good size. Buffet breakfast available. Only thing that needs improvement is the position of shower. The whole washroom gets flooded when taking shower. Seperate shower closet would have helped. Hotel food is nice. Covid related precautions are taken by hotel. Overall satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

This is just a food review.I had ordered Paneer Kadai, broadway yellow dal fry, naan and roti.In zomato the food rating was good so I tried it.Paneer kadai was simply bland. There was no flavour, the dullness was overwhelming. Same goes for the Broadway yellow dal fry.Roti and naan were ok but I usually dont consider it an achievement to serve good roti or naan.Since the pricing was high and with the hype this hotel has created I never saw that coming.Really disappointed.

Beautiful place, great staff, prompt room service, good restaurant except the menu felt weird and slightly overpriced for certain items but the taste was worth it. In all it was a wonderful stay starting from the guards, bell boy, room service staff and receptionist, it was all perfect and smooth. Yayyyy, finally a good hotel in Ranchi which is couple friendly.

Near to Eylex cinemas and main road of Hinoo. Architecturally good design facade and Good sense of lighting done . The stay price is also pretty average here. You could also dine here as there is a restaurant on the ground floor. Wedding halls are also available on rental. Hotel for stay are from the 3rd or 4th floor.

The architecture of the building resembles somewhat of British style and looks marvelous in lights. We had visited this hotel once my cousins wedding reception was there, which was an amazing experience. We can say the ambiance is definitely best in Ranchi. The cherry on the top is located at a privileged location and easily accessible from the Birsa Munda Airport. The banquet is large and spacious, clean, and presentable. The staff is polite, ever so helpful, and very courteous.
