Be wary of this setup. They fraud people by claiming to run a service centre. Took thousands of rupees and could not fix my double door expensive fridge. Result was that I had to give away the fridge as scrap.Fake company. No shop. They give bill of fake address and do not take calls after getting money.Many people have been frauded by this setup. There is no call centre or shop. Bunch of people operating from home.Try at own risk.

Registered complain on 29th Aug till now no resolution..customer care guys are just saying we dont have PANEL in stock when it will come we will repair your LED..videocon is fully fraud company dont buy anything from them in future

Pathetic experience with videocon service center. They were not able to fix the problem in my fridge. Charged me extra money and kept the fridge as well. Staff is vey rude. They are only after money. Customer satisfaction is not in their list. I got problem in my videocon double door fridge in 2nd year. I contacted them. They charged for coming home. I paid the charge. They took the frideg with them. Tried to repair and charged me extra money. They were unable to repair and did not return my money and fridge.

Good office with ample parking due to cooperative sraff .
