Ive had a good experience here.. just that they dont email the report which they must start doing.. they have a messaging service where someone does reply to you.. they also offer a free ambulance service which is subject to availability.. so all in all theyre good

Shared by Mr. Rajiv Nakhare -Pathetic service by Nirman hi-tech diagnostic center at Mahavir Nagar , Kandivali West,My self along with my wife went to above center to do some tests.we have to wait for almost two and half hours to get the tests done. We were told that reports will be available at 8 pm and need to be collected personally in the high-tech age it is really dismaying not to get report on-line. However as we didnt have any choice,I sent my person to collect the report, When he came back with reports I was surprised to see that only my wifes reports were sent despite of sending both receipts It compelled me to send him again and I was in for one big shock. Only partial reports were sent. I called the center about this mis management ,the person on line rudely said your person only asked for xray report. My person is an illiterate painter and was not aware about the tests we did. After asking him about this he claimed that he clearly told them to give all the pending reports so that he does not have to come again. I asked the person on telephone why he has not sent both reports of both of us he didnt have any plausible explanation. I told him to deliver the reports at my residence but he flatly refused despite of me telling him I will put this incidence on social media. He rudely said apko jo karana hai karo , reports need to be collected from their clinic. So I am forced to send my man third time and hoping that there will not be any more surprisesI am really stunned with this experience which was first of its kind in my life of 60 years.Friends,I am first time appealing you all that we all collectively take some action against such highhandedness otherwise these corporate giants will make life of we senior citizens miserable.To begin with I request you to share this information with your friends.

One of the worst places to visit for medical scan. Staff does not look qualified to read Dr. requirement for scanning. Had to visit multiple time as all scan was not completed. Highly not recommended.

Really great place for any investigation. The quality of reports and the behavior of all staff with all patients is really awesome. They guide us properly with all instructions.

Worst service. Even hospitalized patients are made to wait for 3 hrs for a simple ct scan. The staff is least considerate of patients time and health. Never visit this centre.

Gone to do CT scan for my Dad through Namah Hospital and they made me wear the clothing and sit inside with my Dad getting exposed to radiation .. I was the only one and after some time I was told to go behind the machine and close my Dad’s nose n mouth while they were giving instructions over the microphone .. on asking them why am I made to do the employees job .. I was told that it’s a rule .. I argued that there is no such rule at other places like Lifescan n Other hospitals n if I am made to do your job, you should pay me instead of me paying you and why did you not take my written consent before exposing me to radiation n making me unsafe .. if it is safe then why aren’t you doing ? .. they wrapped up my test fast and am not sure of the veracity of the report .. these are unethical practices .. kindly do not visit

Words like uncourteous, unprofessional, uncaring will be just a few to describe this place. A testament to my description will be the trailing reviews where all negatives ones have been replied with the same generic words. The MRI radiologist, Mr. Amit was extremely rude in speaking with me and after 3 attempts spanning over 1.5 hours, which involved tying my hands was unable to acquire the necessary imaging. All i can deduce from this experience is that either their radiologist is incompetent, their machine is unable or both. Please do visit this centre at your own peril and my best wishes. Highly ‘ NOT recommended’

One of the highly unprofessional medical centre and most stupid doctor Dr.Minal seth made us wait for 2 days just to give a opinion...Day 1 Doctor ran away after asking us to come and day 2 asked us to leave without meeting....Dr. didnt even show us the decency to meet us and we were asked to pay Rs.800 and leave as doctor will not talk to us....Highly unprofessional staff day 1 asked us to come on day cozz Dr. ran away before her time we were lied and told our CD is not working and when i confronted they were red faced for their Stupidity...

Visited for MRI. Had a great experience. The staff was courteous and made sure that I was comfortable before going for the test. The also offered quite competitive rates for MRI.

They make the patient wait on the road for hours and even after that the scanning results are of substandard quality.

The centre does not deserve even a half star.A miserable management is what i can say.Do not go on its good kept appearance.Major miscommunication between the front desk people and the internal staff.And thx to their open arguments amongst them in front of the customers it is understood what type of irresponsible managers they are.Moreover the value of time here is 0 especially of those who come directly for any scans instead through some hospital.Even after calling thrice before arriving at the centre to assure that we wont have to wait long after arriving at the centre,the long wait with false updates continue after the arrival.Due to long waiting time we cancelled the appointment and returned.Luckily we had not paid the amount before hand and could leave without any refund mess.The guy at the desk with his rude expression was least bothered to convince us to wait.I guess the reviews below mention about the same.If a patient directly comes from a hospital they make the people with appointment to wait which is annoying.Emergency scenarios are understood but not otherwise.If there is an overload of the hospital patients then kindly do not give appointments which never follow the given time.Or atleast add in another machine for the people with appointments.you cannot take people for granted and for god sake stop the criminal wastage of time.All are aware yet unspoken about this medical business which is everywhere.We pay for every service and still sit like beggars for long hours. I will surely not recommend this centre o anyone.A rude staff,pitiable management and no value for time.Still if anyone wish to visit i would recommend not the pay before your required test/scan.Once paid they will make you dance on their tune.

Incorrect CT scan report provided, my son had to under go an appendix surgery, the scan report didn’t provide us the info that the appendix has ruptured and there was pus formation, if the scan report showed the infection, we could have done an immediate surgery and not waited.Incompetent diagnostic centre and they charged me 10000/- ridiculous.

Inhuman and very unorganized... taken my dad here who is very aged on a two day prior appointment. . they have removed me off the slot without informing and taken another person who they claim is an hospital admitted patient .. doing a brain scan... I told them that even my dad has done a brain scan and CT scan here on emergency a couple of months ago... and they have the cheek to say take your dad home and we will call you when the recent scanning of the other admitted patient is done! Imagine weve already filled out detailed patient care information and also made payment! This is ridiculous and stupid service provided to an 84 year old who has multiple physical problems! ...inhuman and organized .. Freaking NO care!

People are very unprofessional.Cost is also way high. Equipments are also old.I am talking about MRI which was old. Also rates where I did a subsequent MRI were 4500 and that charged by you were 7000 no where it can be said as competitive.

This place is completely disorganized & staff is very rude. Had taken a CT scan & receptionist promised to give me report in the evening @6pm after speaking with doctor. When I called to confirm in evening , the man calling himself as Receptionist ( sudhir) was so so rude that he refused to give the connection to higher ups saying he is the boss & that report will not be ready till 4pm next day !Disgusting place & need to shut down as someone said !

The hospital is not properly organised, though the patient goes with an appointment he is made to wait for .30-45 minutes for the scanning to be done, further the charges comparatively are too high with no doctor consultancy available to inform you about the medical diagnosis done by the center. I would not go again and will not recommend it either. better avoid this center and visit the other nearest medical center for the MRI and other scan services.

The most pathetic imaging service in Mumbai. No respect for patient’stime. No clarity over time taken .Prior appointments are worthless. This piece of needs to shut down. Your guys need education in doing business and running a company. I know an office boy who could run a better diagnostic centre.

Very Bad Service on Reception and Accounts Systems.. They have not proper Software to make easy for patient.. Its very much trouble to patient and there relatives when there are emergency !! I hope Nirman Higher Management has to be look in to very serous matter to make easy for Educated and uneducated people !!! From last 30 days we are getting many trouble from Niraman as well as many patient are shouting ar reception every day !!! Take it very seriously !!!

Appointment for MRI taken for 2 pm, patient taken in at around 4pm. Answer from reception we dont run on time you have to wait.Patient had to wait with severe back pain. Only shouting helped to make arrangement for the patient to rest.Different staff members shouting names of patients without any respect.Washroom dirty with poor facilities.

Just for enquiry you have to wait for more than 20mins, I went for enquiry and the receptionist she asked me to wait, it was raining and i was totally drained, but the receptionist didnt understand, even after waiting for approx 20 mins i went again to ask, she started talking but suddenly she says why are you always standing, i told her to listen to my query and she again says to wait and tells me she have got lots of patient.You guyz open big diagnostic center atlest keep a good person(receptionist) for listning to someones query.

Worst service, No clean washrooms nor any sanitizer or liquid soap, not even disposable glasses at water dispenser, just one disposable glass for all the patients really disgusting and they call it high-tech dont take appointments need to go and wait for hours for the our number and above all the staff who has no uniform or a soft voice they just shout names and assign them to doctors for further wait. Located at a good Places and the best for me is on the Link Road which was not mentioned by them any where on the website. Request you to please find another lab.And one more thing I have just noticed no Salutations by the staff they just call a 80 year old man Vitthal so low standard.

One of the good diagnositic center in vicinity. I had got my moms bone density test, d3, and also good for mri ctscan sonography . But its better to take appointment in advance.
