Worst service centre. Couple of reasons for my rating. If you want to be frustrated visit there must.1. The lady sitting at MI counter reception doesnt know anything. Whatever reason you have for visiting the center they will do a system board check which is chargable. I went there for my 1 month old phone which has got a crack on the display. The phone dosenot have any other problem but they said they will have to check the system board and the parts; if it is available they will repair it (paid) which is fine. But if not available you will have to pay Rs. 180 as checking charges which is dosenot make any sense. You are paying for nothing.2. I asked for a charing USB cable which costs Rs. 199 at the MI official store but the lady kept arguing that it will be Rs. 600 & above with GST charges.
