This place has a historical importance in Rampur. It still has the statue of nawab of Rampur preserved inside a small park. The entry gate to the city, however, has been demolished and a new gate is being constructed at its place. In my opinion, the old structure should have been preserved.

Photo Chungi has the relevance of its name with the tax collection department then in the old times called as Chungi and the presence of a statue of Nawab Rampur referred to as photo locally.The gate known as Bi Amma Gate is an entrance to the city through the highway connecting Moradabad and Bareilly.

First off there is no historical significance to this gate,as a matter of fact there was no gate here earlier.Mr.mohammad Azam Khan got a gate constructed here and its one of rampurs entrances like many others(Bareilly gate, Bilaspur gate).As for my personal preference, its the most visually pleasing gate in Rampur.Theres no place for families nearby but youngsters do come here and spend time hanging around there.But if a family man is planning a trip here disappointment is sure to follow.
