Most misbehavior management ever I came across even after my 17,000 km all around India walk. I had some work at IIT campus. so booked hotel nearby. I reached around 11.50 pm ( 2nd dose done, RTPCR also ), staff did not asked all of this even when everywhere it is mandatory. second when I booked it the staff denied to give hotel after heated arguments he said than rooms were fulled and all . when I asked them about show me registers and am calling police they gave room with any services of water , no towel , no soap. more than half an hour wasted and the stress of other level. shame on this hotel and its staff.

Its very good to stay.Hotel staff is awesome. Mr.Gaurav is very cooperative person.

Hotel is ok. located at main area of Roorkee. Staff is helpfull, Ac is working fine. But no food available at hotel even if you order bisleri water not available at Hotel. Only free to air Tv Channel working.
