I go there from my childhood. Its my one of the favorite place in Varanasi. You can visit the temple with your family and friends. Its peace and beautiful place.

Well constructed and very old temple. You can feel positivity.

Very royal and calm place. The place is also very vast with historical structures, a big pond and a beautiful road all around the way. The temple itself is very beautiful and stunning, looks ancient, feels like great temples of south india. There is very detailed texturing and various kind of designing on the temple with stone as the whole temple is made of stones. There are four gates, only one open to do worshipping. Gates also look very giant and great.

Its a very old beautiful temple.And a must go place.It is very peaceful and green.The carvings on the temple is really beautiful and detailed.Some idols are broken.But try to go by your own vehicle because its difficult to get public transport at that place.And two wheelers should go with proper covering bcz the road is very dusty .

It is believed that it was built 500years ato which is under control of royal family of banars state currently this temple is developed to hindu diety durga .The temple has a large stone built pond with it .The durga mandir boasts of its fine stone works which us fabulous example of north indian stone works arts. Many people come here daily for darshan and boating .There is another durga temple with a pond known as durga kund.

Durga Temple near Ramanagr Fort. There is no charge for parking. You have to remove your footwears just before stairs or you can submit your shoes and slipper to shops
