One of the best hotel in Rameswaram...stay amazing for family

Really amazing experience luxurious hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff are really nice. Rooms are maintained very well. Hygienic in every aspect. Restaurant is also good.

One of the gorgeous star hotels to stay in luxury and very near to Rameswaram temple

The guy at the front desk is very rude. He will first judge you by your appearance. But the lady there is very nice and always ready to listen and help. Rooms are good but bathrooms were not cleaned. But all these are manageable.But the restaurant guy is very rude. If u ask for tea or coffee he will make face and when i asked for second time he dint even gave me after waiting for 10min. Then we left without having tea.Also the food quality is worst. So better stay in Ss Grand which is beside this hotel and it is superb as my friend stayed over there. SS Grand food is very tasty and thats why we had dinner dinner there.Overall with this price, hotel is very average.

It was my first visit to Rameshwaram on 23th Jan 21. The hotel is conveniently located on main Temple Road approx 900 mts from the Rameshwaram main Temple. Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple & Floating Rocks are also only 300 mts distance from the Hotel.The hotel is neat & clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Reception is very helpful. They strictly follow Covid guidelines. Restaurant was not operative and they were serving only Tea.It was the best time to visit Rameshwaram. There is almost no rush in the temples. Overall my visit to Rameshwaram and stay in Hotel Arjuna was very comfortable and satisfying.

Excellent hotel, and the room was worth the money!! Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Would have loved to try the restaurant too, but Covid restrictions meant the restaurant was closed. The hotel staff are very accommodating, and even bought us dinner from a nearby restaurant. Overall, loved the stay, and nothing to complain.

Only vegetarian fare is available but thats nice. Buffet breakfast is good. Overall a very nice experience. I recommend this hotel for all kinds of travellers.

One of the best property in Rameshwaram room size and quality is very good.Staff behaviours and approach was very nice specially Maria Reka Ji.Located on the main road Must visit whenever anyone is travelling to Rameshwaram for Shiva Temple darshan.

Good hotel with best food and room service.

I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay at Rameshwaram. The Rooms are very spacious, neat and spotless. The bathroom is spacious too and is well maintained well. Rooms are well furnished and the furniture look very clean and tidy. They have a decent car parking space for around 15 to 20 cars. We had a smooth check in and the people were very helpful and informative.

Food rate is too high providing normal meals and bill as spl meals as 200rs

I was quite skeptical by the frontal view of the hotel while arriving here, but by the second you enter any normal personnel would feel a grand welcome. The reception lobby feels majestic with huge chandeliers, comfy couches and beautifully designed interiors. Talking about rooms, rooms are big enough with king sized bed, storage spaces, study table with coffee maker, television and one best privilege was provision of charging port on both side of the bed. Washrooms/Bathroom are ventilated and clean and with ample space. Wifi speed is legitimate and works well. This place is one of the best hotel I have stayed in yet. Its truly an bank for a buck!

I stayed at this hotel with my family. It is a good place.

Neat place. Friendly staff. We booked a king suite and it was beautiful. Two big rooms with attached bathroom and a dining and huge living space. Amenities like refrigerator, kettle, hot water were available. Kids wished to spend more time in the room. The restaurant was too costly. But had good buffet breakfast.

The room is comfortable & spacious.. Front desk was frenly.. Spacious parking place.. Food is not bad.. Jst OK.. Ordered vege meal.. The item all was cold except the rice.. Their fried noodles is nice.. So far so good..

First of all a big THANK YOU. We stayed in Arjunaa Hotel for 2 days and was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. The Hotel and the rooms are excellent, the restaurant and the food they served was exceptional. The hotel reception staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff including the security are commendable and praiseworthy and have really impressed us. Everyone made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rameswaram and recommend others too.

Perfect location. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant staffs are incredibly generous and helpful. Hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. Overall experience was awesome. Ill recommend this hotel to every couple and families. Lastly, love the concept of owned an organic garden to supply vegetable for the restaurants daily use is superb. Good hotel. Great ambience. Friendly staffs. Check in and check out was very smooth and flexible. Breakfast is simple,tasty and best. We had all meals at the restaurant which was tasty and homely. Rooms are with very good sound proof. Keep up the good work .

We had already informed them about early check-in. Still had to wait in the lobby for hours. They didnt have courtesy to offer water. Also, we were asked to check out early, since we checked in early.Restaurant doesnt serve south indian food for dinner. There is no plain rice on the menu. Imagine, at a divine place, after performing puja, you are forced to gobble down chinese fried rice. Disgusting!

Beyond expectation. Didn’t expect that this hotel will be such a nice experience. Probably one of the best hotel where I have stayed. Excellent rooms - neat and clean. Staff was very polite. Regarding food you won’t have any options in Rameshwaram so you have to eat at your hotel. The food was good though it was pure veg. Highly recommended.

When we checked the staff was courteous and helped. Amenities and hotel rooms are excellent. Room service was also very good. But when we checked out no staff was around to take the luggage from the room to reception, we carried it. From reception we paid bills and checked out. Me and my husband carried the bags with 2 kids to the car but no one helped us, receptionist was there and one more hotel staff was standing talking. It was very disappointing at the checkout.

Excellent ambiance, food and house keeping service. Need rooms. Receptionists were kind and helpful. And they organised a driver (Ajith kumar) for my travel have to appreciate him as well. This hotel actually is the best. Highly recommended.

We were a little apprehensive about hotels in rameshwaram . However, we were pleasantly surprised by the neat and clean hotel. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean. Its near to bus stand and 1.5 Kms from the temple. There is ample parking and a decent restaurant (we did not find anything decent near temple or on the way to hotel !!)

Sufficiently accommodated 4 adult in a single family room with 2 king beds. Room was very spacious with a couch and coffee table as website pictures show. Food was really very good. Would highly recommand both the room and the restaurant food for family. Arjunaa is located 5-8 mins straight drive by car from the temple (Not Walkable).

We stayed here just for a day and were very pleased with our decision to pick this hotel. The hotel lobby is grand; the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are super clean. To start with hotel n it’s room doesn’t have basic facilities:-No mini fridge however mentioned in catalog.No locker to keep your valuablesLot of mosquitosNo welcome drink served however it’s mentioned in their catalog.Buffet breakfast only South Indian menu that too without Dosa. So you can very well decide whether to stay in this hotel or not.Breakfast is complimentary but the cost of breakfast is only Rs 180/- , so you can imagine the variety of buffet at this price. On arrival they will ask you to sign the terms n condition of the hotel for your stay period which gives you a feeling that you have come to a Hostel n not a Hotel.Not at all value for money.

Had a great time at Hotel Arjunaa. The rooms were very big and spacious compared to other hotels in Rameswaram. The hotel had a good restaurant as well. The staff were very courteous and provided a free extension of checkout time by 6 hours when I said I had to leave in the evening.

Ambience is amazing no doubt .. but very poor service.... Cant even give milk sachets.... Taking Rs. 50 for milk sachets. Not supplying bathroom amenities and tea, coffee and milk sachets, they say we give only one set of bathroom amenities... After 24hours only they give another set ..and if you want more amenities..you again have to pay them.... Menu is very limited and still dont have half of the items from the menu....Not seen such a pathetic hotel service....being from hospitality background.... I would not suggest anyone to have a stay here. Preferable for onlybsingle night stay.Very disappointed with the service.

The hotel is and innovative and decorative..The front bench staff friendly and the rooms wereSpacious..The only drawback was the manual working staff(We ask for a tea bag they give us a moisturizer){We wanted to use the lift but a worker who was already in the lift gave us a stare and continued his way up ,like it was not his work to comfort thePeople to stay}

Horrible hotel to be in. Rude and un-courteous staff. Had a bitter experience. Checked in on 01/06/2019. Even though rooms were empty, we were made to wait for nearly an hour at the lobby by the reception staff (ladies). The reception was very un-courteous, especially one of the staff. Room service was so horrible. If you try to place an order 1800 hours, they say, restaurant will be open only by 1900 and ask us to call them again. Dont know how to deal with customers. Worst experience. Would never like to visit them again.

Just 1 year old hotel and hence feels very new. Good infra but lacks professional management. But good enough for a 2 star category and food spread in the buffet is quiet expansive.

Location is good. Just one kilometer from rameshwaram temple. Breakfast is good. But one problem is that they didnt write the name of the food that was delivered in the breakfast. staff is co-operative. No doubt its a beautiful hotel. But management is very poor. Our check-in was at 12 but they didnt give us the room till 2.30. We had to skip our lunch cz we have to visit places and we are running out of time.

The review is of Sree Ram Restaurant of the Arjunaa Hotel. The experience was very poor. The drinking water was very chlorinated and to hide the taste they put Tulsai leaves. The ambience looked good but wasnt hygienic as it has lots of flies. The Lassi is NOT recommended as it was pathetic. The order took time and when they brought the order it was incomplete. Overall my experience wasnt good. Since the people were courteous and accepted the delay and mistake along with the tasty Mushroom Biriyani, I would give it 2 star and not more than that.

Great vegetarian food, the meal (thali) is the best option and the staff are pleasant too. As a North Indian in South India they went above and beyond to explain things and ensure we were well taken care of.
