The work culture is good. You can wear informals to work and work in a chilled out atmosphere. Pressure might be there a bit sometimes. Lot of office politics is involved.Not good for someone looking for a long term career unless you are able to make good friends with someone at a good position there.There might be lot of internal differences and aruguments in day to day work. But if youre ready to ignore it and work with a short term goal then its fine.For a long run there will be lot of buttering that needs to be done of the team leaders and area managers. So if youre a straightforward person then this place isnt for you. Or you wouldnt survive for more than 2 yrs.Pay is quite good with shift allowances and cabs being offered. This will suit a lot of freshers who are just looking for jobs without much consideration about the JD. Majority of the work here is support related unless youre able to get into some of the tech roles in this place.

I dont know what types of attitude of the manager behavior.. HR IS NICE and helpful nature
