At the beginning they had really good yummy cakes but nowadays it does not feel that good. Hope they will bring back the original taste.

I totally disappointed because of received cake looks entirely different than what i have ordered online. When i called them myself for clarification, they said flavor is same but look was different because their resource shortage. They didnt called me to inform & confirm to change. They simply delivered it on time without any intimation.

Where do I even start, my son’s fourth birthday party was an utter flop just because of these people. The cake on the right is what I’d ordered and the left is what I received, Spider-Man theme with a pink cake, can you even imagine? And look at the cake toppers, they didn’t even cut out the edges, before all this, the cake was promised to be delivered by 5, but received the cake by 7:45 after multiple calls to the store. Gosh what a nightmare. Never in my life am I gonna order from here and definitely not gonna recommend it to anyone. Done and dusted. Thanks for spoiling my son’s day

Had ordered carrot cake via swiggy and the item had an expiry date and mildew , we already consumed two the day it was received thinking we had ordered from a reliable place!!!! Very disappointing and most unreliable.

Cakebee i really love this shop. Different types of cake designs are available in this cakebee shop. I order my birthday and my friends birthday cakes are in this only. Cake price is only moderate and not costly. Cake taste are too good and also delivered to the right time. Delivery is good. If you once buy a cake in this shop you cant go any other shop.

Usually no complaints with their products.Yesterday I bought cheese cake slice and was kept immediately at fridge.Today it tasted very sour.I dont know what went wrong.

I understand it is lockdown and pastries may not be selling in quantities like before. That does not mean you can sell near expiry cakes that have turned soggy. Posting this review as the store did not answer my call

Dont expect the same aesthetics youll see on the signature bee catalogue, I was very disappointed on the cake, why would I pay so much for a sub-par looking cake? And on-time delivery is only available for customers who can remind the staff about the delivery frequently. A high price for a poor delivery service.

UnhygienicThey store the fresh boxes meant for packing cakes near the billing counter on the floor. It accumulates floor dust and road dust easily.no hygiene for the arrogant fellows in the store.told them many times in the past 6 months but dont seem to mend their ways.

When eggless cake was clearly ordered, they delivered a brownie with egg. I have an egg allergy that triggers when I consume egg in any form. Despite leaving instructions & letting them know several times, they messed up.These guys clearly have a mission to kill their customers.
