Products are quite ok but staffs very playful, does not know the value of the costumers, A LADY IN CASH USELESS EVEN FOR A PURCHASE OF Rs170/- SHE NEED EXACT CHANGE, IF NOT SENDS THE COSTUMERS BACK TO GET THE CHANGE, A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME 3TIMES, feeling to avoid going the store very bad experience

Worst cake shop. Sometimes they will deliver the old stock. Also they wont give bags for cakes more than 1kg. No paper plates and candles will be provided along with the cake. And one guy in that shop approach us very harshly and gave us inappropriate answer for our questions. Totally waste shop. Please dont order any cake for your kids.

Best Cake shop, but only suits for Elite guys. The feeling will be good if your friends also join your hands for paying bill

Im reviewing this after a three round experience. Ive bought only once, but Ive got as a gift twice.All the three times we had a bad experience. The day I went to order a cake at noon time, they said, this small order will be available anytime, so come a collect a cake when you need. So I went around 4 pm and bought a cake for my sons birthday on November 1st 2017. And the person in charge told me to refrigerate for sometime. So I picked up the cake and refrigerated too.To my surprise when the show began and my son cut the cake and we did serve. The cake gave sour taste as it was two times before. We were frustrated a lot. The cake wasnt fresh.May be if we order a big-time cake, they might do a good job.

Horrible experience from this cake shop . Ive ordered cake choco truffle with 1st step cake. Initally they said they will only make the step cake more than 2KG. I agree for 2.5 KG. after that they charged Rs200 extra for shaping and garnish. Initally I paid only Rs500 advance and at the time of deilvery I sent my brother to collect the cake and they saw a plain cake nothing wasnt garnish on it. When my brother enquired they told to they need to pay whole amount then only theyll do garnish on it.After completion they charged Rs 360 apart from whole amount of cake which they already agreed. They extra charge was again shape with drawing.Even we pay all the charges. The horrible part was they dont have box for 2.5 kg cake. It was 1 hour discussion finally they brought box from another branch that too small one they did some adjustment and gave to us. Horrible!! dreadful!!!Please I suggest the customers, enquire mutliple times before getting cake from this shop or better dont buy it from here. Service was tribble. Worst ever expereince in my life.@ Shop Owner -Please dont ruin the parties(birthday or wedding) we expect alot from you and finally endup with a nightmare.This will be my last comment and purchase. Hi, I have purchased a black forest cake i.e in Thadagam the road that goes towards agri. The cake preparation is worst, completely watering at the bottom even after cool storage. The sales boy is very busy over phone for long time inspite of customer standing for the delivery. No card machine works , no change, No customer satisfaction.

My previous 4star changed to 1star or less than that i have all audio recordings of Singanallur and This ramanathapuram cake point branch they have fools as workers here better dont go there never try with them lost my mind 25th anniversary is spoiled because of this fools they said this cake is there this method payzapp accepted but after i loaded money they said we dont have it i have all audio recordings seriously i have come from chennai to celebrate this occassion but it was totally and worst one will never come back here at any cost. Worst experience ever i have faced i dont have cash or atm card i said to them at 6pm they said they will accept payzaap now they said we dont accept 4idiots atleast keep just one person intelligent four useless people made to sit useless in a shop other person placed his order online and came while i was in he said he place order online they said no such option is there then he taught them i ordered yesterday and bought the same way made them check it and got the cake and went away.

Top cream layer cracked when we openedin our house. Black forest cake doesnt crack . I think may be old cake.👎👎
