Wish I could give ZERO rating. Absolutely pathetic experience. Every single time I have visited here, there is an issue with their card payment system. During pandemic, the billing lines get queued up due to their inefficiency to handle billing service. I have witnessed customers into arguments with the staff because they are so arrogant and above all they’re not even trained sufficiently to handle computerised billing and card payments part. I want to know who is the concerned head for this particular outlet whose not willing to fix the issue since so many months. HORRIBLE.

First of all always when you give them cash, they didnt refund the remaining amount. Instead of returning money, they give you a chocolate, I dont know why.Everyone dont love chocolate, it should be stopped as soon as possible.
