Well stocked pet supply store. We found cute toys for my cat, and she approves!

I am dissatisfied with the groomers at this location I take my kitten to the banfield in the back and all over he never hisses at anyone the lady expressed to me she didnt really want to do the nail caps I requested, even tried to tell me they wouldnt fit on my kitten which they did because I had to do them myself. she took him out of his carrier and leashed him fine, but all of a sudden when she got to the back he hissed at her so she had to cancel the appointment mind you I work third shift and woke up out of my sleep too keep this appointment!!! Do Better Pet Smart I wouldve rather been told you didnt want todo the nail caps then to act like my little 5 lb kitten is aggressive when hes clearly not!!!

With three pets I tend to shop at this store often. My cats are on a prescription diet that requires me to carry around a flimsy peice of paper to show the cashier every single time. Today I forgot it and made the statement, I dont understand why it cant just be added to my account so I dont have to carry it all the time. The cashier wanted to tell me they dont own Banfield. I responded that I am not getting the food from the hospital, I am getting it through the store. Nor did the script come from the hospital. The cashier said well I will let it slide for now but in the future you need to have a better attitude. I have never had a issue before but I most assuredly wanted to throw a punch at his head. It is not their job to make comments like that to people that shop there. Especially when my voice was neutral and no comments were directed at him. Train your staff better petsmart

Friendly staff, clean store, and good assortment of merchandise. Only disappointment was that they had very few small animals. They only had 2 hamsters and 2 fancy rats. They usually have chinchillas, lots of gerbils, hamsters, mice, etc. Hardly any reptiles either, but all of that may be due to COVID. They did have 4 absolutely adorable kitties for adoption though. And apparently had recently found forever homes for 4 other loveable kitties, which is wonderful!

Ashley at the front desk was great! We were very disappointed with the lack of communication with the Vet. Did not have medicine we needed for our furr baby ended up having to spend more money.

Ingrid always does an amazing job. Ive been taking Archie there for over a year. He always looks amazing when I pick him up. It makes me so happy. The only place I go for full hair cut and bath.

Absolutely amazing staff. Great help especially with adopting animals through their partner programs. Staff is very knowledgeable and able to recommend food and other based on animal and background knowledge. They also honor chewey.com pricing in store which is awesome.

Overall a good store, the staff are helpful and usually have items in stock. Not many small animals but that could be due to covid.Not thrilled with the grooming dept. I called 15 mins before they closed to ask 1 quick question and they refused to take the call. They never follow the hours they have on their doors and website even before covid. Very frustrating!

The store is very clean and well stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat your pets like family. Carolyn is very nice and goes above and beyond to help you. She even teaches a variety of dog classes which I have signed up for

Excellent service! Caroline was SO helpful and knowledgeable and helped us get all set up for our new pup with lots of suggestions, recommendations, and expertise. This isn’t the closest Petsmart to my house but I would drive across town to get her advice.

My pet groomer Ingrid is amazing! Gage, my yorkie is very difficult to groom! Especially when it comes to his feet! When I pick him up I am always amazed at the perfect hair cut she manages to give him. I have never expected a perfect haircut with him because I know he is such a difficult guy to groom. But every time he looks absolutely amazing! Everyone in the grooming salon is amazing! They are always super bubbly and friendly. A great group of people managing to keep a smile on their faces despite all of the Covid chaos. If you are able to pay it forward, please tip these guys for what they do! Covid has impacted them financially too.I enjoy coming to this store. The bald headed manager always greets me and will atop to ask if he can help with anything. I love the great customer service that I get when I come here! The store is very clean. There is a great group of people that work here!

I went here to use the grooming services for my two dogs. My dogs seemed fine after their appointment and their haircuts were really good. They cut the dogs exactly as I requested and I have no complaints to the service provided.

Groomer listened to exactly what I wanted done and my dog came out perfect. Not to mention my dog seemed to actually enjoy her grooming experience there.

I have 6 ball pythons, 2 leopard geckos, 1 bearded dragon, and a dog. so, needless to say, Im in here about 3x/week. I always get super fast service and all the employees are super friendly. most of them even recognize me when I come in. its great to have a reliable place to get supplies for all my critters!

Went in for the ‘paw-dicure’ for my big fluffy guy and they did a great job. Friendly staff too!

This store stays moderately busy. Very friendly management and staff. When adapting a new animal whether it’s a fish, turtle, or new pup this staff is knowledge and ready to help! The store is clean and organized. Well done PetSmart!

I took my male Alaskan Malamute in to this PetSmart for the first time. this week He is used to being groomed, but usually in a mobile groomer. He was a little excited with all the other dogs around. They washed and conditioned his fur (a lot of fur), and cut his toenails and teeth. He was singing to them when I came to pick him up. They did a GREAT job!

The staff is friendly and they have an excellent variety of pet related products. Prices can be a bit higher than Wal Mart but the service and selection more than make up for it.

Always great customer service. Thankful they have the curbside pickup option.

The girls were so amazing and friendly. I love a place that I can go to and laugh and joke around with. Rachel was kind, informative and made me laugh so much with her stories. Ashley was so gentle with my chihuahua and the other 2 girls, forgive me I didn’t catch their names, but were just as kind and funny. I had a very welcoming and homey feeling. My animals didn’t come back to be fearful or acting weird which shows a lot about a place. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I hope this gets back to them as well :)

Lacy was great with our puppy for grooming! The staff in the store is always so nice and helpful!

How long does the line has to be before another register is opened? Is waiting 15minutes before throwing your hands up too long to wait? If you look like love long lines and barking dogs, this is the place.

Curb drop-off for grooming is smooth & easy. Just call when you arrive, they handle everything from that point on.

Staff is friendly and has a large inventory. Very cute cats for adoption, too.

Daniel was my cashier and he deserves a raise, super polite to everyone, greeted everyone who came in warmly without skipping a beat ringing me out. Great store, clean and well managed, we adopted two kittens there this weekend and everyone was great!

This is a great PetSmart the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful and there is always someone around. However I would not recommend the Banfield Animal Hospital. The Grooming Salon is great they are quick and easy as well I met the manager he is very friendly he also thanked me for my service. The employees are always happy and smiling you can tell that they are all animal lovers.

Slow for in-store help but once you find them they are knowledgeable. I got my dogs nails done there not a very good job spent $30 Anna and the nails werent much shorter than when I brought her in I dont know if they were afraid of the dog or what no need to be my dog is very friendly send American Staffordshire terrier so I would not go there for dog trimmings again

This is a PetSmart so its like a Walmart for pets. Not much to expect which is fine but it would be nice if the pet groomers would put a sign out when they go to lunch rather than letting a bunch of cashiers who dont know whats going on to tell you when they will be back.

Groomed my mothers dog, they even let you know if there are any other problems with your dog with a simple phone call

I was very impressed with my experience there yesterday. I have been having an ongoing problem with my cat marking and have tried everything to solve the problem. A young employee listened attentively to my concerns and gave me helpful advice that I have not gotten anywhere else. He was knowledgeable about the problem and sold me some products he thought might help. He also had a personal experience with his cat marking and told me how he was able to resolve it. I was very impressed with his genuine concern and desire to help me solve this problem.

We buy our food etc for our cats. Services dogs too with grooming station, food etc. Store is clean and staff is very friendly.

This Pet Smart is definitely a good one to go to if you have a cat, dog, or fish. If you have a less common pet ( deer, pigs, chicken, foxes, etc. ), this might not be the best location for you. Otherwise, I would recommend this store! They have tons of different cat beds / climbing towers and dog beds. They have a ton of leashes and dog beds so you can find one the perfect size for your dog. They dont have as many animals to look at if you are going there to adopt a hamster, bunny, lizard, etc. I would recommend going to other locations if you are going to look at animals. Otherwise, great store and customer service!

Staff very friendly, didnt have ole roy food that my pup prefers but had a very nice brush that works great!

What a selection!! If you need to shop for your pet, why not go to PetSmart and have to only make one trip? I was also very impressed with how helpful the employees out on the floor were. Highly Recommended!

Sam was the employee who helped me yesterday. He was so patient and took his time to fully explain how to care for my Leopard Gecko. I had been doing research on line for 3 weeks, but after one visit with Sam, I left there feeling more confident than ever. Thanks Sam !!!

The store was very organized, and it didnt have sny oder like most pet stores Ive been to....The people were very professional in helping goving awesome advice....

I took my dog to the grooming salon. I made an appointment. They had my dog for 4 hours. When I picked him up he was wet except for his back, I paid extra to have his nail ground so his nails would be short without him getting hurt. It appears that they only cut them. Very dissatisfied with the service I received for the price I was charged. I have no idea what they did for 4 hours! I called spoke to Matt, I explained what happened and my dissatisfaction. Matt was willing to make another appointment to have his nails redone and a touch up on his grooming (not sure I understand what a touch up groom is) at no charge. The appointment was made with the grooming manager. I will follow up on this review to let you all know the outcome.Outcome ..... they fixed his nail and apologized

Convenient, cost friendly if you order online and pick up (they will match their online price but I prefer to have the items I need ready for me to pick up) and helpful, friendly employees.

Petsmart Store cashier and stocking people do not wear a mask. Banfield wear masks and have curbside services. Just too dangerous to shop inside the store.

Plenty items for dogs and cats but not much for my bird or other pets.

Owen was awesome and so much knowledge!! He helped us through bulbs, reptileS, etc and I even learned some new things myself!

The store was key clean, which is nice for a pet store. The prices are generally higher than other options, but the selection and convenience makes up for it.

Nice store however whoever is in charge of Aquatics needs a marketing lesson. Never place difficult to catch fish like Neon Tetras and Zebra Danios in the same tank and make your employees struggle to catch them. Also your tanks are curved placing fast moving fish in the bottom tanks makes them hard to catch due to the angle of the glass. Someone needs to use some common sense here. Less stress on fish and the employees and customers do not have to wait so long to watch the painful process.

Pet smart here is clean and nice. My only problem is EVERY guppy I get here dies or infects my whole tank. I havent had issues with other fish just the guppy.

The pet smart staff here on sixforks rd. are always so friendly, and the banfield veterinarians and staff. always take care of out karma and monkey dogs like they were there own!

Didnt have the Blue Buffaloes salmon and rice formula for my cat,,no small bag or 15 lb bag. Or large but I dont need a large. Did get help with diet dog food for over weight ksb mix, so that was nice.

Took my dog for grooming gave instructions on how i wanted him cut came out looking terrible notice today they cut to close to his private part all red and a little pus. Never again I will be calling management
