We used Bloom Works for our wedding at the Oaks at Salem in September 2021. The flowers were better than we expected. No complaints about anything. EW and his staff are so great - very detailed and helped make our wedding vision come to life. Highly recommend anyone to use Bloom Works for any event or occasion.

Loved the floral crown and centerpiece we got from Bloom Works for a recent baby shower. Beautiful blooms and lots of compliments from guests on how neat the idea of a floral crown was! Have purchased other arrangements in the past and never been disappointed.

Placed an order for a flower delivery for a birthday. Did not arrive until the day after. Flowers were pretty, but unreliable delivery. When contacted, the person stated it was not guaranteed on same day orders, despite the website saying only same-day orders placed after 11am were not guaranteed. (Placed around 10:30am). They offered to refund me 50%, which was nice service recovery, but I never received the refund. Do not recommend if you’re looking for reliable delivery dates.

I received the most BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement yesterday with best looking flowers. Not only do they look divine they actually smell fabulous too!! Thank you for your excellent work!!

Above and beyond customer service and florals. They made a BEAUTIFUL casket spray for my fathers funeral. Ive used them before for sending flowers to my mother and aunts. I haven been disappointed yet!Thank You!

Lackluster customer service. They got my order wrong and were not proactive about fixing it. After leaving several messages by phone, email, and their website, I received a response from EW who then asked if it would be ok if the new arrangement could be delivered in a couple of days (more than a week later than the original delivery date). Then the second arrangement was wrong, again. I do not recommend this florist.

Customer Service is out of this world!! The roses I received for Valentines day had already opened and started to fall apart before days end. Bloom Works (E.W.) did not hesitate to make things right. I was sent flowers from this florist as they were the contracted florist selected by 1800Flowers. The original arrangement was very beautiful, but the 3 roses were fully bloomed and knew they would expire within a day or two. I called and asked if they could just replace the 3 roses. She said she would send a new arrangement out and I explained that I am allergic to Lilies, so just the 3 roses would be perfectly fine :) Pam who I talked to was very sweet, and sent a new arrangement to me, same day I talked to her, and sent different flowers that I was not allergic to and even prettier than the original order. This was very sweet, and such great service. I immediately emailed my boyfriend to always order from them going forward. That is top notch customer service that you do not see very often.
